Brad did a great job. My big problem with Loyal is their pricing. $506.39 to replace my outdoor spigot?!?! I took off the concrete board skirting, wiped out spider webs, and I am putting the skirting back up. The actual replacement of the bibb took less than an hour. I will not use or recommend Loyal to anyone because of their pricing.

Stephen came out to the ranch to fix and replace a vent in the roof of the house. He made several trips out to the ranch. He was to kind, courteous and professional with my 90 year old mom. We could not have asked for a better professional to fix the roof. We highly recommend using Loyal Plumbing for all your household needs and fixing. Thank you so much.

Dalton drove out to the ranch outside Rapid City, SD several times to take care of the shower and the kitchen sink. My mom is 90 years old. Dalton not only fixed everything, he also was so kind and courteous to my mom. When mom mentioned the roof had a hole in it. He climbed up and took pictures. He then recommended another employee to come out and fix the roof. I could not have asked for a nicer, professional and kind person to come all the way out to the ranch to take care of my MOM. They came on time and were very confident about getting this issue resolved. At the beginning they were going to charge me 200.00. So as they were trying there best and with no success they pulled the toilet and then they recommended that this unit needed to be replaced. They quoted me there price and they recommended me to go and get one from Menards due to it being cheaper. They took the old toilet for me and explained all that I needed if I wanted to install it myself. I accepted the challenge and I did exactly what they told me to get and do. The best part was that. They actually only charged me 65.00 due to them being unable to resolve my issue. And I'm very pleased with there professionalism and shooting me straight. I would highly recommend them.

The pro videoed my pipes for relining purposes. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Royal plumbing seems to have very professional people working for them. He was straight forward and told me exactly what needed to be down. He gave me a rough estimate of the cost, but told me he would have a written quote for me by the end of the day.

My water heater sprung a leak Saturday morning. Was contacted by a loyal representative. I informed the rep on the phone twice what I wanted for the new water heater (exact replacement of the old one). Service man (Anthony called me Monday morning to let me know they were on their way). I asked if he had the water heater with him he told me no and going to see what they were dealing with. When I got home Monday night, I was ?NOT HAPPY ? with what I saw. A completely different water heater than what was in my house and opposite of what I asked for. Contacted Loyal plumbing and told the person who answered my call about how unhappy with what they installed in my home. She told me that she would relay message to a manger (Josh). Several hours later , Josh called me. He said he listen to all the recordings and he heard me ask for a Rheem water heater (plastic exterior). Then he basically told me that it was our fault. How many times do they have to tell them. Profits? $$ BEWARE DONOT HIRE

Job was done timely and on the same day. Only concern is the cost but it is part of the decision.
