Job well done

All I requested this time was to CLEAN the kitchen.. I wanted it clean. Was it...the window sills were gummy, greasy, disgusting. Stove top greasy... knobs on stove were filthy, gross. Microwave was not even moved and cleaned under or behind. Got pictures!!!!

Loyalty Cleaners does excellent and professional work.

I paid Loyalty almost $700. They did about 2 hours work and left and will not answer emails or phone calls I hired them because when they came out they seemed professional. They are nice enough but I need them finish the work I hired them to do or issue a refund to me.

She was awesome! She cleaned underneath things, it smelled great and she did a fabulous job! Highly satisfied and recommend!

This is the 2nd time I've used Loyalty Cleaning to disinfect and clean my office due to covid-19. The 1st was time was at my Bessemer, Al office and 2nd time was yesterday, Sunday at my Tuscaloosa office. I notified them Sunday morning and they were able to start around 5pm and complete the job by 7:30pm

For the price I paid, I did not receive a thorough deep cleaning as I expected. My floors, carpet, and bathroom were cleaned OK But overall, I would not have paid the price I did if I had known what my results would be. Dishes were not done (I understand some cleaners do not do this) but the could at least stacked them in the sink. Some items that could have thrown away or put away were just stacked on my tables. Nothing was cleaned or wiped down in my kitchen, only the floors. There is still dust on some shelves in my living room and once again, things were just stacked on my tables to get off the floor. Simple things like my shoes were not even organized or simply put in the closet. Dressers were not organized or wiped down. Overall, I expected a lot more for the price I paid for deep cleaning.

I was happy with Loyalty Cleaners. They were very easy to schedule and work with. They did a deep clean and overall did a good job. There were a few rooms that needed a bit more, but I'm giving them five stars because they were very swift to accommodate and address our concerns when we expressed them. They did an incredible job with our ovenâ â it looked new!

Timely and professional

Just moved to Clanton, AL and needed a deep clean of home we purchased. Not a small home - 3400sf 6 bed 4 bath home. Everything was sanitized, cleaned, windows washed on the inside etc. Home has been vacant for several months. Lots of critters on window sills, cobwebs, dust etc. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommend for special cleaning projects. I will definitely hire again!

With sickness and social distancing, our parents' house got out of control. They were unable to keep on top of things and we needed help! I hired the crew at Loyalty to come help, and they did!! They were amazing and brought the house back to life in ways I couldn't have expected. They were so gracious, professional, and even wanted to pray for our family when they finished! We will definitely have them come in regularly to make sure we can keep the house in such good shape.
