Lou was awesome!! I did not even have to call him before he reached out to me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like he was very down to earth and reasonable...he seen that we had just purchased our home and was in the process of trying to move in and get settled and he gave us some home advise on a few things he noticed AND he even removed the old water heater that the previous owner left in the garage that was no good along with the one that he came to replace. Very quick service.. we spoke to him Sunday and he and his partner were at our home first thing Monday morning with the brand new water heater that he already had purchased. Very quick and efficient service.

Lou was very nice, knowledgeable, expedient, and came out the next day when I indicated I really needed the work done as I was leaving town. He also made recommendations for preventive maintenance. I was very satisfied. It was a little more expensive than I had anticipated, but the work was good quality. Again, happy with the work and response to my needs.
