Septic Tank Cleaning or Pump Out
I made an appointment ahead of time to have our septic tank pumped. My husband dug the hole out. They never showed up, or answered any of my phone calls or texts asking why they never showed up. They also sent subsequent notices that the septic was pumped by them, and sent reminders annually that it was time to have it done again by them, even though they never did come. I would never call them again.

Had an emergency on Memorial Day weekend. Lloyd not only picked up the phone right away but he was at my home within 30 minutes! He told me I didn't need to be outside with him but I sat and watched. While outside he explained every step and how everything works. Even though he hauled more than he originally thought, he stuck to his original quote and did not charge more. Highly recommend to anyone in need of septic servicing. I plan on seeing Lloyd every 2 years now!

Amazing and honest family-ran company. If you want to work with a locally owned and operated family business that stands by their word and does great work then hire them! I'll never go back to my old Septic people again after working with them.
