The workmen were very neat and took great care with all my furniture and personal belongings which I really appreciated. They were very professional and took care in their work. Rafael was also very knowledgeable and happy to go the extra mile. They were all a delight to work with.

They performed a gut renovation for me putting in a new kitchen and also repairing walls and painting post an electric rewriting.. I have worked with them multiple times over the years and consistently have a good experience where they exceed expectations and are easy to work with

My experience has been positive. Rafael is very responsive to communications. He was able to produce quotes in a timely fashion and start work on projects based on what was most convenient for us. He designated smaller teams from his company to complete tasks, but he made sure to always come by to check on how the team was doing and to ensure they were completing tasks correctly. His team members that worked on our home improvement projects were very kind. By the end of the project, I felt like they were part of the family. The pricing for his work is a bit expensive compared to other quotes we received, so keep in mind you may have to dig deep in your pocket for amazing quality service like we received. I would definitely recommend! My mother and I have been very happy with the services provide.

Customer service is unbelievably responsive and professional. We own some small buildings and the patience this company has for the tenants is out of this world!!! My only complaint from ALL the services they do is the combo washer/dryers break down constantly and thatâ  s not the contractor itâ  s the appliance . Use these guys !!! They are hardworking!!!

Originally only getting estimates for installing doors, then realized Loyola does more than door installation. I ended up hiring them to paint the entire unit, install two doors, install new locks... Rafael is courteous and prompt in action, he is creative in coming up solutions when problems arise. He really cares about his work and his customers. I highly recommend him.

Rafael and his team are a pleasure to work with and complete professionals. My specific project took 3 days to complete; after each day of work they cleaned up after themselves and made sure my apartment was left in living condition so we didn't have to deal with plastic all over the place. They finished the work on time and within budget. Rafael even went out of the way to purchase my doors for me at a fantastic price.
