Joe and his team did a terrific job. They arrived on-site early, were extremely professional in their communications and performance, and they did a thorough inspection of the property. When one of their inspection drones had a small malfunction, they immediately left to get replacement parts, kept me updated the entire time they were gone, and were back on-site and finished the inspection within the hour. Their team gave us an honest and detailed analysis of the roof, and saved us thousands of dollars. We will absolutely be using them again, and I highly recommend them!

Phil and his crew repaired our roof from some pretty bad seam splits 7 days before the sale on our house. We had hired another guy two weeks prior who used corrosive material on the flat roof membrane causing horrific leaks in the house. Phil was thorough in explaining the issues and what needed to be done. He worked within budget to address the main issues causing the leaks and worked fast within our urgent timeframe, repairing the same day! They did such a great job that we even had a major hail storm two hours after they finished and the place was dry as a bone. I hope we never have a roof repair to do in the future but if we did, Loyola would be the company we hire. They literally saved our home sale and thousands of dollars for us

Hired Loyola to apply a roof coating and just a few days after application it began to peel. When asked to repair it the owner (Phillip Rich) said he would take care of it but then never followed up with us (condo association) and ignored all of our email and phone call requests. We had to hire someone else to fix it.

Philip and his team are great. I've had roof troubles since this roof was put on, and first of all he fixed them. He also gave me a promise for 3 years worry free. There's been an issue and he has immediately remedied. I feel like I paid for the peace of mind and it is worth it. Loyola roofing honored its word with no questions asked, not much more you can ask for.

Paul came right out and took video of the roof to show exactly what was wrong. He was very professional and courteous he explained what he was going to do and gave me choices to fix the problem and prices which I could except or deny. He gave me a 7 year warranty and said I could call any time I experience a problem and they would get right on it. I was very impressed and would definitely refer him.

When the February storms rolled through northern Illinois they contained winds of over 60 MPH. The winds were so strong they tore off shingles across our entire roof along with parts of the soffit and light fixtures that were attached to it. The damage was so severe that water was leaking into the house. I had already hired Loyola Roofing LLC for a previous project through HomeAdvisor and was very pleased with their work. I immediately contacted Loyola Roofing owner Phillip Rich and advised him of the situation. Within hours he had a crew on site to tarp the roof and cleanup the debris that was scattered around ours and our neighborâ s yards. Within days the insurance company had sent an adjuster to assess the damage and determine the amount that would be covered. Loyola submitted a bid that was in line with the insurance companies cost estimate. We were informed that during the repairs other damage may be revealed. When repairs were started it was found that a skylight and several pieces of wood needed to be replaced. Loyola worked with us and the insurance company to make sure this newly found damage was also covered. Loyola completed the repairs with the type and quality materials that we requested. The new roof, soffit and light fixtures were completed with our complete satisfaction. After working with us and the insurance company Phil actually came in under budget for the original bid and all additional repairs were covered by the insurance company. Based on his work on the roof and soffit we decided to have the house re-sided by Phil and Loyola Roofing LLC. They did a great job at a great price. I would recommend Loyola Roofing LLC and Philip Rich for roofing and other contracting needs. Phil was always available and personally met with us throughout the entire process.

Introduction was great; Phillip was polite, direct and honest. Explained all options honestly and in terms I understood. I did not feel pressured. I was impressed with the ability to diagnose issues with my roof via satellite technology. They were spot-on with the location of the leaks. While performing the work, I was kept informed (with live video) about the progress and what work was done. I am going to use them for another project this week. I would recommend Loyola Roofing for any project within their scope of services.
