Very unprofessional, they never show up on time, they canceled my appointment 30 mins after the scheduled time. They also rescheduled 3 times prior. Even the woman calling to cancel for them was upset about their poor communication. Mike complained about his own workers calling out and not showing up. They started painting my fence and then told me they ran out of paint and would it be OK to finish using a different color. (REALLY) Mike said because of the pandemic he could not get more paint however, I called a few SWwilliams stores myself and they had the paint color. I called Mike back and informed him that I called SW and he laughed. They just did not want to spend more money on paint. Mike had the nerve to tell me he was doing me a favor. I am sorry but if I pay you $1000.00 that is not a favor it is a service you agreed to do. Mike was horrible, rude and disrespectful. My fence was never completed. Alberto, his brother promised that he would make things right and never did. I was just going to let it go but I feel it is important for others to beware of this company. They may have 26 good reviews but I wonder how many people they have done wrong like myself. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I believe he was upset that I did not want to hire him to paint the inside of my home for almost $12,000. No thank you.

Does not know how to keep to a schedule and does not keep the customer informed.

Gave an estimate within days of calling.Had to work around rain as we were applying two coats of stain.As soon as weather broke were able to apply stain,A fine professional job and very professional staff,Would highly recommend this company,They also responded whenever I had a question about the schedule or work.

Excellent job in painting the exterior of our home. They were meticulous in all of the prep work, concerning landscape, and paver protection, Finding spider web cracks that needed filling, etc. The house and trim as well as all of the gutters look brand new after not being touched for eleven years. We are VERY PLEASED with the final results and highly recommend the Lozano Brothers.
