1. Their machine broke down. They tried for hours to get it fixed. The brought in a different one and it didnâ t start. They finally got the original machine working but it was night time. 2. They finished and I couldnâ t inspect until morning. By that time the defects were visible and bad. Two rows were different colors. This is because the machine broke down and they had to wait hours and they made a new batch of mix that didnâ t match the first. 3. They avoided all my calls. I called and called. Iâ d wait weeks and when I finally got someone and gave my address they wouldnâ t show. 4. 2 years I called again and kept all the pictures and they forgot my address and came. As soon as he arrived I was waiting outside so he couldnâ t leave. I showed him all the work they did bad and of course he had every excuse in the book except an apology or to fix it. I would steer clear of this company. There are a lot of good reviews but pay close attention to the few that are bad. They did a horrible job, vanished and didnâ t try to resolve or fix anything. I pretend not to speak English very well. Showed home pictures from that time with date time and nothing but more excuses. Co Taft me if you wish so I can show you how bad the Joâ s was they did. Hard working team, excellent job, true craftsmen. You can tell that they have been doing this type of work for many years and have a lot of experience. At the appointment took the time to listen to what I was wanting to accomplish, offered recommendations, and reworked the scope of the project to my liking. Flexible enough to add at the last minute work I had originally removed during the estimate phase. If you are looking for a good job at a reasonable price, these are the guys for your job. Remember that you get what you pay for; these guys are worth every penny.

Very bad experience dealing with this contractor. I hired them to repair my landscaping curbs. We walked the job and specifically talked about the work to be completed and agreed on a price. When I was advised the job was finished I could believe it. There was paint stain spilled all over my sidewalks and huge areas not touched. When I asked Roberto about it he said hey I cannot patch everything. This was not what was agreed to so I requested that the job be completed and the mess be cleaned up before final payment. They did come back and clean up, did a little more patching but still left a less than the desired job. To top it off, they left my outside water faucet running when they left. I withheld $100 from the final price because of the sloppy, unprofessional work and attitude of Roberto. Would never hire them again under any circumstances. They want to take your money, do a half XXS job and take off. By the way, I did not notice my water was on until the next day, that easily will add $100 or more to my water bill. Plus I still need to hire someone else to fix what they did not. Very unhappy.

"I am sorry for any inconvenience, You only talk about the work that I did more and without charging a dollar, I only promised to fix 2 corners that were badly beaten but almost 50% of their curbs have scratches and that I cannot fix for the same price nor can be a gift as I did with the 2 corners, fortunately, I have the contract signed with the description of the work and a series of photos with which I can verify that I did very well what was specified in the contract and that you told me personally."

I hired this company to install landscape curbing. I further paid them upfront to seal the curbing at the completion of the job. The installation of the curbing went well. The color was as chosen and the job was to our satisfaction. Approximately a week later this company came to apply what was to be a clear sealant. They arrived when I was not home and proceeded to seal my curbing with a completely different color (pinkish) from the dark brown that I had selected. Not only did they paint the curbing around the landscape beds but they also managed to get paint on some landscape rock inside the beds. Additionally they neglected to seal/paint the newly installed curbing around my mailbox (which is still the original brown color that I selected). When I called Roberto to let him know that the color was wrong and the mailbox curbing was not done he seemed surprised. He told me he would get back to me. It has now been more than six months. We have called and left messages that he did not return. My husband finally got to speak with him and set up an appointment. Roberto stood us up and did not even bother to call to cancel. In the most recent conversation my husband had with him, Roberto said he would call when he was in the area. I will not hold my breath waiting for him to do the right thing! Be careful if you choose to deal with this company. Although they can do nice work, they are totally unresponsive if there is a problem or if they make a mistake. I do not recommend them.

I will try next week again, I hope to have the permit to get in the condominium. I do not understand people that just write bad reviews, when I did the curbing I didn't see any review and she love the curbing we did in her property."

Roberto and his team did an terrific job. The finished product was exactly what I ordered and expected. They arrived exactly on time and finished 150 ft. of edging in 5 hours. They cleaned up the jobsite and left everything better than when they arrived. His team is awesome. Pricing was very competitive and I would strongly recommend his company. FIVE STARS *****

"I'm sorry Mrs. Cynthia, I was clear from the beginning that we can not to match any color and I know this is your disappointed. We work with natural things that you can not to control like sand color, some times sand from cemex is a little bit off white and we can not to control it. I was clear from the beginning, I'm sorry. About $, I gave you 10% off, you were all time on our neck and never said nothing about quality. I remember, I went to her house at least three times before to do the work, just for to check the color charts, when we were finishing I knew she said, she is an artist and of course, they want everything perfect. I'm not."

Roberto was as professional as any contractor I have ever dealt with. From the time I made my request for a quote, it was 1 1/2 hours when Roberto was at my house measuring. His pricing was very fair and with the positive reviews that I read we signed a contract. His quality of workmanship was excellent. He and his crew were very accommodating to any requests that I had as the job was being done. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from this company. You will not regret it. I would definitely recommend as they take great pride in what they do.

Very high attention to detail. This crew did a marvelous job. For my landscape curbing project, they had a LOT of colors and options. I got exactly what I wanted (actually what my WIFE wanted) and they did a great job. I recommend these folks to anyone who needs this service. I was very impressed.

The overall curb is very nice. We are not satisfied with the color we chose for the curb. We wanted the curb to be in the brown family the curb looks like plain concrete color which is in the gray family.

The project was to add curve borders. They show up on time and finished the project as scheduled. Mr. Lozano and his crew were very professional, polite and eager to accomodate our needs and what we liked to be done. His suggestions were greatly appreciated as is enhanced the designed. An initial and final walkthrough was done to ensure that we were informed and afterwards pleased with the outcomes. Final project turned out great and we look forward to accomplish other projects in the near future. We will definitely recommend Mr. Lozano to our friends and neighbors.
