José refinished our solid red mahogany front double door, using Helmsman stain and spar urethane clear satin. He sprayed on the urethane for a perfect finish. All work was performed in a professional manner.

Jose did an EXCELLENT job fixing some damaged drywall that was caused by the AC System copper lines never being insulated. He quoted us a fair price given the work he needed to do! Definitely that best in town.

Jose did a fantastic job powerwashing my home. It looks brand new! I also had him powerwash the deck around the pool. I could not be happier. I wish I had taken a before and after photo but I didn’t. We will definitely use him again next year. I’m sorry I waited so long to have it done! Thank you !

Jose was great! He called within minutes of my inquiry, physically came to my home that afternoon to give me a reasonable price. This impressed me because others just googled my house and gave me a ridiculous quote. He came early the next morning and did a great job. I did not expect the scrubber treatment and then a rinse. I am very pleased with the work Mr Lozano did to the exterior of my house. Him and his helper were very professional since the minute they started. This is the second time I used Lozano’s Painting. This was a big job - painting a huge tall popcorn ceiling. Once again they did a magnificent job. It turned out better than I ever expected.
