This company was excellent to deal with from start to finish. The service team, who consisted of Jacob Emerson and Martin, arrived on time and provided details about each step in the process. They were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. To boot, they did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend.

HomeWorks Energy installed additional attic insulation and weatherization upgrades as part of the Mass Save program after a thorough energy assessment on 8/27/25 by their representative Andrew Palomba. The house is a 50 year old single story ranch on Cape Cod with a full unfinished basement. The installation took place on 9/08/25 by a two man team of James Case and his assistant Justin. They arrived within the specified time period at 9:30am and did not stop until the job was complete at 6:30pm. They carefully installed all of the items covered in the assessment and did a thorough cleanup both inside and outside the house. The installers were pleasant and easy to talk to about the job. The quality of their work deserves five stars, but I only left four because I want to see if the insulation and weatherization actually makes a difference over the winter heating season. I did expect to see more foam insulation applied around the top of the foundation in the cellar, but it was applied to all wood and concrete joints where cracks had been visible. NOTE: There was a $177 "Beat the Heat" rebate due if the job was completed by 9/10/25 which was not taken off the charge for the work, but I expect to receive that directly. Overall satisfied so far and recommend the Mass Save program and HomeWorks Energy. UPDATE: I never received the rebate despite multiple calls to their office and assurances that it was on the way. I’ll likely use another provider for a second home energy assessment.
