From my end, the work was completed as requested and approved, with the only exception being a key change on one lock that was not mentioned at the beginning of the job and was therefore not part of the original scope. Regarding communication, both my technician and I made multiple attempts to call and speak directly so we could fully understand the situation and address any concerns in real time. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you by phone, and communication was limited to text messages only, which made it difficult for the technician to get a complete picture while on site. I also want to note that I offered to return and complete the additional rekeying for that lock at no extra charge, even though it was not originally requested. You chose instead to have someone else take care of it. I appreciate your business and your time, and I regret that the experience was frustrating for you."
