Too many problems. Never set the vanities or the toilets right. Charged for materials we already paid for. Didn't have them do other projects, so he raised his costs on us.

Very responsive to needs...good with detail and manages his people well. Neat & clean during construction. Quality work...a little pricey, but well worth it if you want to get it done right the first time!

The young man came same day I called to provide an estimate and made suggestions and had men to work the next day. I was ecstatic and it was great they completed work and cleaned up and I paid them and was happy as a clam.

Still unable to get costs of work and feel that he charged us for all the material we paid for already. Wouldn't listen to our needs and had to bring in another plumber to redo shabby work and a tile person to fix problems from his team. Would never recommend them at all

"Thank you for your feedback David. I would like to address the concerns that you have stated above. Cost of Bathroom paint: Our company provided you an estimate to paint the bathroom ($450 which included (2) colors, (1) coat of primer, (2) coats of roll/brush. Materials and labor to paint walls and ceiling @ hallway bathroom) and we proceeded to do so since you approved the cost via text message. Toilet: When we reinstalled the toilet that was brought in from your garage, we used all the parts that accompanied the toilet. We are not sure when/how the caps got lost but the caps were not with the toilet at the time of re-installment. Medicine Cabinet: Our agreement was to install an OWNER-PROVIDED medicine cabinet. The medicine cabinet that you purchased was a recessed mount cabinet not a wall mount. You asked us not to cut the new drywall in order to mount it. We asked that you please return the one you purchased and to purchase one that does not require a recessed wall (otherwise the medicine cabinet was going to stick out 6" and not cosmetically pleasing. We offered to come back an install the correct one for you as soon as you purchased the correct mount fixture. Vanity and Sink: We installed, aligned and test ran the water for 15 mins with no leaks. We were concerned regarding all the air bubbles and the color of the water (almost white) and when we brought it to your attention you told us that the water needed to run for about a week due to a new filtration system that you had put in. No mention of a leak from you at that time. Nail in tire: We take pride in our work and cleaning up after ourselves. Demo was done in the beginning of the project and we cleaned up after ourselves everyday. This is a first that we are hearing of this. I'm not sure why this was not brought to our attention at the time it happened. Again David, we take pride in our work and I apologize if you feel we have provided unsatisfactory craftsmanship. Please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss these concerns further. Thank you"

I think the system needed to be tweaked a little bit more with a follow-up appointment but he suggested that we would pay him for more time yes I would hire this guy again and give him another chance but we also highly consider giving someone else a try

While the service and work quality were there compared to many in the industry, as for the 1 of the 3 projects I did give them I would advise that your sure you shop around on pricing. One project they were 32% higher then the one who got the job.
