Since I had to be out of towni when the property was scheduled to be cleaned, we depended on your professionals to determine when they were finished. My husband has very litle experience in knowing clean, but was very disappointed when Lisa said they were finished. He pointed out some very obvious issues. They crew returned, did just minimum. Key disappointments were, no detailed cleaning, basic dust and mop with light detergent. We let her know up front that we were willing to pay what it. Took to have a good job. We hired Clean Tech to come and help out with the cleaning we hate the most (ie mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, etc). We are really happy with the job, although a few things are not quite as clean as we hoped, like the bathroom mirrors and the shower door. However, our toilets and sinks are cleaner than they have ever been! I would recommend hiring Clean Tech, they are coming back to our house in 2 weeks!

Clean Tech promised to do a very thorough house-cleaning to prepare our home for the market, but they didn't deliver. They missed several large areas, including things like the top of the fridge, some of the baseboards, and the shower. My husband had to spend several hours after they left following behind, cleaning up after them!

Customer Satisfaction is their primary goal.

Pam Gorman and her team are GREAT! I will be using them again.

Very thorough, very punctual...my daughter says Pam Gorman was extremely "motherly" in her ability to do what needed to be done to make her apartment livable! Will use her again over the holidays...

Called and got a quick appt the next day. They did what I asked and was pleasant

Positive: Pam was quick to respond to the online questionnaire. She worked with me and around my parents' schedule to book the cleaning. Negative: the cleaning crew did not Mapquest directions to the home; when they couldn't find it or get a hold of me, they went on to their next cleaning. Subsequently, they arrived hours late. Rather than the scheduled 2-hr cleaning, they stayed only 55 mins and did a fraction of what they were contracted to do, as noted on their website. I tried for a week to contact Pam and work this out, giving her the benefit of the doubt. She failed to return any of my phone calls, but she did take my payment.

While they did an excellent job cleaning may toilets, they failed to cleam all areas requested. What they did clean was acceptable. They did not clean the guest bathroom or the utility room. I felt the effort taken to clean the bathroom counters was less than stellar - it seemed as if they were "dry wiped". Maybe there was a lack of communication, but I explained via e-mail that I had a four bedroom/3bath house with a basement and utility room, explaining what I wanted to be cleaned. I think there should be a checklist that the customer can fill out and the crew can use to make sure they capture the full extent of the job.

Kathy was very nice and she did a great job. Kathy was nice enough to wash my dishes even though she said they normally would't. I would LOVE if this was included or add a small fee to include this.
