The technician, Steve, was friendly and courteous. He explained the issues with the A/C unit, and corrected them. He took the time to give me tips on how to keep the unit opertaing to its highest efficiency. In addtion, I told him I really didn't know how to program the thermostat, and he took the time to show me step by step. That was the added bonus. Thanks, Luca Heating and Air!

Servicemagic put me in touch with Luca Heating and Air around 2PM in the afternoon and they had a technician to my house by 5:30 PM the same day. They arrived when they said they would, listened to my issue, troubleshot and repaired the issue within 30 minutes. I was lucky that I only needed a capacitor. They were non-pressure and didn't try to upsell me on any item or service that wasn't needed. Prices were very fair and the service was great. Thanks Luca Heating and Air!

I have been in the construction industry for 20+ years and this was the best A/C service that I have ever experienced residentially and professionally. Very thorough and even discovered a sealed panel that had been ripped open by another company's tech (who we excused after they tried to charge excessive fees) without being repaired; leaving all the air dumping into the attic. Steve was very proffessional and gave us 2 estimates on a new unit and furnace. I seriously cannot explain how happy I am with Luca and I cannot wait to have them over to install our new system. I HIGHLY recommend their service to everyone - call them first!!

Carl knows his stuff, replaced two HVAC systems plus a furnace. Attention to detail was first rate from selecting the right unit through the install. The installers were quick, polite, and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. Pricing was competitive but more importantly I felt good about the service and follow-up. Top notch contractor.

I was very satisfied. The repair man was on time both days, and was upfront with the costs of the repair. Since the problem was two-tiered, where one thing had to be fixed before the other was discovered, he had to go back out to get the second part, which made it a long assignment for him, but he made sure that I knew the cost in advance. Also, in contrast to other services I've dealt with, he didn't push me to have the entire unit replaced, which at this time would have been impossible financially. I would definitely recommend him.

We called Luca Heating and Air on Saturday afternoon and told them our problem with our downstairs heating system. They were extremely helpful in walking my husband through a process to check a certain part to see if they really needed to come out and if so, what to bring with them. They were there within a couple hours and fixed the problem. The service has been friendly every time I call and they act like they really care, which is rare these days.I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Right after I submitted my request, Luca contacted me and they were here the next morning. The serviceman looked at my heater and found the problem right away. Then he explained the problem to me and what he could do about it. My heater was fixed in 2 days and that was only because it was the weekiend and he couldn't get the necessary part until Monday. Great service!

I found Luca Heating & Air of GA on the Service Magic Web site. I read all 14 of the excellent reviews and included Luca in my list of bidders. Carl Gade, the owner, came to my house to provide a bid. I could tell right away he knew exactly what he was doing by the efficient, cost effective manner he came up with the cost of installation of my 16 SEER heat pump for heating and air of my basement. He minimized my costs by using existing duct work for a finished non-heated and non-air conditioned portion of my basement. I chose Luca Heating & Air for my project and I am delighted with the results. His installers were well-mannered, neat, and very professional. Also I was provided with all the necessary documentation for claiming my tax deduction for energy savings. I highly recommend this company for HVAC services and installation. I will also switch to this company for servicing all my units because of the trust I now have in their workmanship.

After first appointment, technician has come and the motor has been replaced with the new one, but we didnt feel cool at all. I have called them and technician has come again, and we felt cool air now. Technician has tried to explain to me why the cool air was not great as we wanted

AC went out in August in Georgia. Not a good situation, especially with a 7 month old at home. Luca Heating and Air was out the same morning. Only charged me for a service call because it turned out to be just a blown fuse. Could have fairly charged me for an emergency call, but didn't. Highly recommended. Will use them again.

Great company; I marked this as an "emergency". They called right back; set up a time when they would come out; they are on-time and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would definitely do business with them again and have already recommended them to a friend.
