We were in a tough spot after a major fire without homeowners insurance (forced place only) and we had basically 2 weeks to find someone to restore our house for half the cost the insurance company offered. We couldn't find anyone and were at our wits end. Enter Luke. We already knew he was awesome due to work he'd done at my in-laws house, so we called him a bit desperate. He was incredibly kind and conscientious, and told me that he wouldn't leave us living in a half-burned house. We went through the insurance estimate line by line and he agreed to do the work, although I'm sure it was at a loss to him. The porch is bigger and better than ever, the carpeting was replaced with gorgeous vinyl plank flooring, they even helped with items not covered by the estimate but tundra would cause issues down the line. I feel truly blessed that Luke gave his time and effort to restore our home-- it looks better than before! He was very involved in the work, and double checked everything (paint colors, ceiling fans, stain colors, etc) to make sure we were happy. Luke truly went above and beyond, and his work is absolutely superlative. We will be eternally grateful for his incredible work. If you're looking to have any type of home repair, I HIGHLY recommend him. I worked for 'the list' for nearly a decade and can confirm that workers like Luke are few and far between. In fact, I'm not sure he has a peer. Aside from his astronomically incredible work, his personality and empathy make him a serious cut above the rest.

Luke and his team are a God-send. They typically complete a whole roof in half a day or a little over. Very clean when they are done, and also Luke is very nice to send pictures of the roof after installation.

Luke was prompt and professional. I was very impressed with how quickly repairs were completed. One repair was replacing a couple of shingles on roof due to removal of satellite dish and I could not even tell where repair was done! I definitely recommend Lucas Ballard Home Repair, Inc.

We are very happy with the work done. We will definitely be using Luke in a couple years when we replace our roof and likely for other home repairs as well.

The workers showed up on time and did a good job. They repaired missing shingles on the roof and repaired the hole in my ceiling that was caused by the water that the missing shingles let in. Work was completed on budget and they worked around my work schedule. I would definitely hire him again.
