Roy was very friendly, prompt, courteous and honest. We are very happy with the work he did regrouting our bathroom shower and floor. He did a beautiful job and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything. He did much more than expected. We definitely would use him again. We highly recommend him.

Roy andCharlie were timely and neat. Re grouting in 2 baths- small shower in master bath and tub surround in main bath. The 35 year old tile around tub looks amazing! They were kind enough to remove our old shower door and replace two shower heads and got the two baths done in less than 4 hours.

Roy was prompt and courteous. The floor and wall grout turned out ok but I asked for the original color grout on the floor (light peach/beige) but grey was used. Some of my tiles were damaged, there is caulk that is not smooth and is on my tub and walls and is pooled in corners. He came back to do touch-ups but there was not a big improvement.

I needed my bathroom ceramic tile grout repaired. Roy responded promptly, provided a fair quote, kept in touch by phone, and showed up exactly as promised. Most important he did a beautiful job repairing my grout; it hasn't looked this good since it was new over 50 years ago.
