I have relied on Mike and his crew for *all* my sprinkler maint. needs since 2017. His latest visits to my home are perhaps best representative of the type of business he runs--and he runs it well. I had a buried pipe burst in a major way, near the street, and a water/sand mix was flooding the street. In addition to not being able to use the system, I feared the HOA in my neighborhood would "write me up" sooner rather than later. I called Mike and a member of his crew (his brother) arrived the very next day. The price, as always, was very reasonable. That fixed the problem--or so I thought. Three days later, I noted that it was doing the same thing again: more water and sand in the street, and the hole in the lawn had reopened. I contacted Mike and, the very next day, I arrived home from work to find that work had been done in the yard. I checked my phone and, sure enough, Mike had texted indicating that the problem was fixed for sure this time. So, I found my problem cured, but I never found a bill for that visit. Mike stands by his work. If it's not right, he makes it right--fast. HIGHLY recommended.

Do not hire him. Several attempts for him to complete the work and was unable to get in touch with him. Said he fixed timer at no charge but it was not fixed. When he came back, did not let me know and I found him working on the irrigation system. I told him to stop, which he did. I called him after the new irrigation person found damage he had caused. Cracked a pipe. Would never recommend this person.

"Well I'm sorry you feel this way as I explained to you my mom had passed away since I was there a 1 week before I was scheduled to come back to do your upgrade that you agreed to getting done since your index valve was leaking and you were getting a new digital timer installed so you claim I did not fix your manual timer it worked when I was done and showed you it was working and it was fine the whole week before I was to return to do the upgrade and you did not call me to cancel the appointment so as I was 1 day off from our original appointment when I arrived I knocked on your door got no answer so I assumed you had an appointment or errand"
