Very Good!

Did not show up or call first scheduled day, gave a 2nd chance, and again no show or call. A week later got a knock on my door apologizing and removed the tree the next day.

The process started out okay. I called and left a message on a females personal phone. I requested a quote to remove a fallen tree and 3 dead ones. My call was returned the next day and the appointment made for the next day at noon. He arrived on time, was polite, and suggested some additional tree pruning in addition to the tree removals. He left a written estimate but did not provide a business card. I continued to attempt to get additional estimates using home advisor, only one of the other two companies contacted responded to my estimate request. The 2nd estimate was double the Lucas estimate so I went with them. I called Wednesday to schedule the work, again leaving a message on a personal line. The call was returned on Friday and the work was scheduled for Wednesday morning the following week. I wasn't provided a specific start time just in the morning after 8 am. They finally arrived just before 5 pm Wednesday, no call staking they'd be late! Stated they had an emergency call and were told to respond to that job first. They were able to complete all the cutting and pruning of the trees and started removing debris before it got too dark. They stated they would return in the morning to finish the cleanup. They arrived by 8 am Thursday and finished removing the debris and cleanup by 10 am. I am happy I was able to get the work done because there had been a couple of storms resulting in a lot of tree damage. The lesson learned is that the home advisors contractor screening process needs serious improvement. Will be using BBB for future service inquiries.

I went with this guy because he was the cheapest I found. His work reflected the price. 13 trees very tall pine trees. 1. Failed to return calls 2. Failed to provide proof of insurance 3. Oil spill on my driveway 4. Dropped a tree on my shed. 5. Left a log in the woods 6. Left a large log on my driveway that I need to cut it down and get rid of it myself - he disappeared. 7. And the kicker... him or one of his guys, literally defecated in my yard. IF you use this guy for the cheaper price - do not pay until the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Lucas Tree Service did a great job trimming the trees in my yard. They showed up on the agreed-upon date, trimmed the trees as stated on the estimate, removed all the trimmings, cleaned up, and left the yard in pristine condition.

Lucas Tree Service performed excellent, careful and fast work. They noticed and remedied potential hazards and performed the necessary work to protect my house and shed. They did a thorough cleanup of cut trees, branches and stumps. Their pricing was reasonable. They responded witinin the app and to my phone calls and texts. The staff wore facemasks, stayed at least 6 feet apart and wore all necessary PPE safety gear. I highly recommend Lucas Tree Service.

Left several messes, did damage to my fence and my neighbors fence, left tree stump, and equipment leaked a hydraulic fluid that stained the driveway.

Did a really nice job, they were very responsive, and even cleaned up afterward, will be calling them back for some additional work and have recommended to friends and family.

We had agreed on a amount to remove about 5 trees and some trimming for about $700, but it end up somehow to 1000 after taking agreeing to take down 1 extra tree, but they forgot to do the extra trees over our roof as well as the one clearly going out into the street mostly because they got them self in a time crunch, which kind of suck since we wanted everything we asked trimmed or cut down, but overall their cleanup process was good, but for the extra 300 bucks they should have taken care of a few other smaller areas before he just took off with the tree cutting truck.

The work was good, though it took three scheduled visits before they finally appeared to give us an estimate.

I had several very large and tall trees in my yard and growing over my house. They showed up as scheduled and all the crew was very friendly, professional and honest. I did not feel pressured and my yard looks great. I would definitely recommend them and already have to several co workers.

They did an awesome job and left everything clean.
