This was a small job of replacing two floor tiles in the kitchen. Of three contractors, Lucio was only one to take the time to stop by and assess the job, which led to a very fair price. It also gave us a chance to meet him in person and his good nature also played into our decision to go with him. He and his worker Roberto completed the job in a timely manner and it looks great! There were complications removing the dishwasher to get to one of the tiles (very tight fit and faulty shutoff valve), but they took it all in stride and resolved everything very professionally. We have another larger tile job in the near future and we'll definitely go back to Lucio!

These guys are more than excellent, they perform beyond the call of duty! They came less than 12 hours from my call with my time constraints, as another contractor had dumped me, and they did a perfect job, fast, at a fair price, with kindness and they were just fantastic. I would hire them again and again! (and hope to, actually)

His knowledge of stone work is beyond amazing along with his quality of work. It is so refreshing as a home owner to see someone take such pride in their work as Lucio's Masonry with every phase of the project. Lucio does dump runs, leaves a clean work environment each day and exhibits the most professional demeanor I have ever experienced with a contractor. Lucio is great! Fair prices, showed up on time, and followed up with phone calls. He power washed the patios and fences, painted the fence, dump runs...he does it all. This is the contractor / mason / landscaper you should hire! Thank you Lucio!
