Chance was professional and knowledgeable. We needed service for two problems with our LG refrigerator: an ice maker not working and a split door gasket. Chance immediately ordered a new ice maker and installed it. A new gasket was difficult to locate, but Chance persisted and installed it as well. I would definitely recommend Lucky 7 Appliance to others.
