Good job, very nice and accommodating!

They were quick to respond. Very professional. Were able to start within a week. The front strip of my house ( between the street and sidewalk) has plagued me for years. The Lucky Star crew did a beautiful job. Just what I wanted. I would definitely hire them again for another project.

Simon was so easy to communicate with and was always on time! He remembered everything we had discussed from one month earlier during the consult, and then returned to complete the job perfectly with very little interaction because I was at work. We are planning to hire them again for new projects. Great experience!

The retaining walls were a combination of boards, metal and concrete standing 2 and 3 feet high and very, very long. The work was done beautifully and will outlast our lifetime. The employees showed up on time and worked all day long being very quiet and respectful. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

We hired Lucky Star Landscaping to replace an old fence and gate. We were delighted with the work and the service! We then hired them to clean, stain, and seal the new fence/gate as well as an existing deck. They did some repairs to the deck rails and added handrails to the stairs. Excellent work! Simon was extremely easy to work with and the crew was on time and cleaned up afterward. It was a pleasure to work with this great company!

Lucky Star Landscaping were professional, on time and always cleaned up after each day of work. LSL replace retaining wall and put artificial turf on hillside. Simon, Tom and the crew are amazing. It is incredible how fast they work!!! They did a major project for us. They installed a beautiful retaining wall in our front yard and re-did most of our landscaping: front yard, side yards, and part of the back yard, which included demolishing an old deck, installing new stairs and beautiful new stone patio. They did all this work in under two weeks and it looks amazing, for a very fair price!!! We couldn't be happier. This was a huge project, and Simon and crew were incredibly accommodating as we made decisions on the go. Simon was also a great adviser when we had to make decisions that we weren't very confident making due to our inexperience re-doing landscapes. He presented options, clearly advised on pros and cons, and made decisions simple and fast for us. Once we recover financially from this massive project we will be calling Simon back to finish our backyard. For now we are ready to enjoy the summer with our lovely new landscape! Lucky Star Landscaping powerwashed my driveway after installing artificial turf. Also, every day after working these professionals were diligent in cleaning up after themselves which I appreciated greatly.

Very fast and at a great price.

Our project was a complex fencing project for which 2 other fencing contractors provided bids, but later withdrew as they could "put up 3 fences in the time it would take to build yours." Lucky Star Landscape provided a competitive bid, fully understood what I was looking to have constructed, and offered suggestions that we incorporated into the fencing design. I had very specific requirements that included setting 6x6 posts at six foot centers and it was a chore for them to haul everything up the slope. The materials were very heavy! One of the fences was 72 feet in length, built up on a steep slope. The second was 42 feet in length, built on a more gradual slope that "stair stepped down" through a fully landscaped yard with river rock, plants, and trees that they needed to work around. Tom, Simon and the crew were such a pleasure to have on our property for the several days required for completion of the job. I am absolutely, 100% thrilled with how beautiful our fencing is, and our neighbors on the other sides of the property love having such a well built and attractive fence that they get to enjoy. I will look to Lucky Star Landscape for any and all future landscape and/or fencing projects. We have a rental property that needs full backyard landscaping and they will be the company on whom I will call.

With a delightful heart I issue 5 stars for Lucky Star Landscape, I wish it could be more. All we had was a simple fence that had a number of complicated adjustments that would have driven me crazy, but Lucky Star stepped right in and performed a flawless and beautiful job of putting our fence up. Thanks to Tom, Simon, and the crew for a job well done.

Lucky Star Landscaping were amazing to work with. Our job was pretty large but they were on top of every step, They had to demolish and remove 1 concrete patio, 1 brick patio, a bunch of stamped concrete, an existing fence, pour 2 new concrete patios, a large area of multi-color stamped concrete, build a new 50 ft fence with square lattice, build 2 gates, 55 ft of flower beds, and a hog-wire fence with gate for our dog run. The whole project took less then 2 weeks and their bid came in the lowest. They were there everyday on time, worked all day and stayed late. They cleaned up the site every day and the day they left they cleaned every part of the backyard. Simon and Tom were great! Professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

My husband and I rate this company 5 stars overall because Simon was as professional as they come, from the meeting for the initial estimate, to the drafting of the contract, to the final presentation of the completed job. Showed up on time, and he and his crew worked diligently and got the job done early. The reason for the 4.5 in CS is only because he originally cut back a bush instead of removing it as was stated in the contract. But the finished product is exactly as we discussed and we are very happy with the outcome. Four Thumbs Up!

Needed my broken down old fence and gate replaced ASAP, and Lucky Star Landscaping handled the job like champs. Had my old fence torn down and hauled and my new fence installed in one day. They even tilled and smoothed the uneven soil around the fence. I plan on using Lucky Stat again when I'm ready to redo my driveway.

Rehabilitated decades-old brick patio. Removed existing bricks, re-sloped to drain properly, added fabric barrier, compaction gravel, and leveling sand, then re-set original brick with polymeric sand in cracks. Very happy with work. Guys were a pleasure to be around. Written estimate, good communication by email and text, fast progress. Highest recommendation!

Simon from Lucky Star was great. After a slight mixup in terms of when he was supposed to come give a quote, he drove right over, gave me a quote on-sight, and was available to start the work the very next week. We needed new Sod installed in both the front and back yards. It was ~500 sq ft of Sod, so not a super large project. He quoted 3 days to complete the project. It ended up taking 2! I also did not have to be home at all for this, so really saved me the need to take any time off work. He did really great work. The one caveat at this point, after having the grass in place for 2 months, is that there are places in the grass where it did not take, even though there is ample water coverage. I have applied weed n feed as well, and, on days when it is not raining or cloudy, sun is hitting just fine. Overall, would recommend Simon and Lucky Star. The work came in well under any other quote for money and time I was given (I got 4 total quotes).
