I was looking for regular home service for lite housekeeping on a biweekly basis. I asked for an estimate and made an appointment that I thought was for that purpose. The owner showed up at my daughter's home with a crew, ready to start work, and stayed for 5 hours! Daughter was pleased with the work, (although her house is not dirty or messy) and will probably have them come back for lee intensive service. They wanted payment the day after the work, which was OK with me, but different from my own service, which bills monthly.

They came early. I could only afford 2 hours of service but the work they did was thorough and I was really impressed. I will call again once I have more money to spend. Lucy was very great about communication and fair with pricing. She even had a contract what they would and wouldn't clean which was windows and blinds. Cleaners were very flexible and accomodating

We have used Lucy's for several years and recommend them without any reservation. They do an excellent job every time. They are reliable but can be flexible when needed. They are professionals and very friendly.
