They were quick and got the job done before we moved in but they left a lot of dust all over the baseboards and walls, they left a very large bag of trash behind that I had to dispose of, and a big thumbprint of the stain on my brand new white front door. When I pointed out they attempted to scrub it off leaving a dented scratch mark on the door. The floors look good and have held up well for the last 10 years but the initial service and carewas less than expected

I found Lucy's Hardwood Flooring on Angi's List and I'm so glad I did. Lucy was super easy to work with. She was very easy to contact and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Her price was one of the most affordable options I came across. The professional team that did the work was exceptional as was their workmanship. Even with some issues popping up beyond Lucy's control her team was still able to get the job done within the agreed upon time frame (actually even quicker). My floors look amazing like night and day. The attached photos show before and after including a section where they removed a 2x4 and replaced with hardwood to match my existing floors. I would highly recommend her company for all your flooring needs.

I purchased a house in Westport, CT; the floors needed some TLC. Lucy came the 1 day after my closing. She measured my floors and gave me a quote right on the spot. She was very good and gave me options with a fair price. Renata is her office manager; she called me to confirm our appointment daily. I was happy with the services provided and customer service. Lucy and her team did a fantastic refinishing our hardwood floors. From estimate to project completion, everything was done in a weekâ s time, and we couldnâ t be happier with the results. Lucy and her team were proactive in communicating with us every step of the way and the price quoted for the work was easily the most cost effective and affordable for the scope of the project (three bedrooms and a hallway), which included carpet removal and disposal. Would highly recommend getting in touch with Lucy for any hardwood floor needs!

They always give excuses for not showing up on time or if they do not come, they do not call before showing up. When we assed the work, I notice how stained where it was not supposed, areas that never got sanded and others not stained, the work has not being complete and what they did is not properly done, When I called the company they did sent someone to inspect, and the inspector confirmed it was a mess and that it needed to be fixed, that he will speak with the owner, then I did not heard from them for a week, and when I texted her asking when they would send someone to correct the job she became rude to me, she have texted me unprofessional conversations and Said I just want to make drama.
