Ludemann Construction did an absolutely fabulous job tearing out and replacing our concrete driveway. Their people were amazing. Very professional, efficient, and meticulously detailed. Never thought I would say I'm excited about concrete, but we love the new driveway. The entire Ludemann team went way beyond standard service, you can tell they care about quality and customer's happiness, a rare thing in this fast paced world. I am recommending them to everyone. Their expertise in considering the aesthetics of the existing home and yard helped make pre-award decisions. The work was well planned and efficiently executed. They replaced my three-car garage driveway, replaced the sidewalk leading to the house, and replaced the front porch with stamped colored concrete. They also completely replaced my patio with stamped colored concrete.

I was talked out of doing 3 steps because it would cost extra. I was willing to pay extra and I feel like the quality of work and concrete was excellent but I did not get 100% of what I wanted done. So to me it looks incomplete as is.

The men who worked on the driveway were courteous and knowledgeable. If you could call the finished product "pretty," I'm saying just that. .....love my pretty driveway.

Very hard working crew! Experts at setting grade of driveway to obtain maximum water runoff. They use the very best concrete,rebar and base gravel. Very professional. Would hire them again without hesitation.

We phoned Ludemann Construction for an estimate on several projects at our home requesting the new side porch be completed by the fourth of July. Jeremy came the same day and gave us an estimate. The gutter guard was installed on our home within a few weeks. The foreman and his crew came a few days later. They tore out the old porch, hauled all the debris away and created a concrete porch, two steps, a beautiful rod iron handrail with a concrete walkway that attaches to the driveway. From beginning to the end this company displayed excellence in honesty and dependability. They were hard working even in the extreme heat. We received many compliments on our new porch and concrete walkway. Excellent Job!! I intend to use them for several other projects and I will recommend Ludemann Construction to family and friends.

They were not the cheapest but everything was done right. they contacted the city to be sure that if a permit was needed, they could get one. they also do work other than concrete. I intend to use them for several other projects

This was my 1st experience with concrete so I was a little nervous to use someone. Jeremy Ludemann was very personable so I decided to use him. The day of the pour it started to rain at around 6 and the crew showed up shortly after and put plastic down to cover the driveway. after the rain stopped they showed up and proceeded to prep and pour the drive. The crew I got worked very well together and the forman Ranae answered all my questions. I'm waiting 14 day before I drive on it but from what I see they did a great job. I marked the stars with no reference point to compare to so it is what it is. If my opinion changed I will repost. Good Luck
