Luis & Carlos Cortes Construction

Luis and Carlos are very professional they did a beautiful job tiled my hall and stairs I get so many compliments and price was great I highly recommended them

Awesome work. Clean and respectful to the home! Wet saw tile cutting with quality tools. Very flexable with our schedule. I would recommend Luis and Carlos to anyone! Very Very Happy! Thanks Guys

Positives: 1)Willing to begin work immediately. 2) Willing to come back and try and fix issues with original work. 3) Friendly disposition and honest 4) Drywall work was very good 5) Willing to take on odd jobs Negatives 1) Lack of tools and know how to do the job well 2) Missed original estimate window then never once showed up at promised time window. Was always 1-2 hours late. 3) Left my property consistently dirty after work due to lack of prep to ensure dirt and dust didn't go everywhere. (they don't seem to have a shop vac or even a vacuum) 4) Lots of rework required. They didn't use a wet saw so many tiles were poorly cut and to had to be worked on after install to clean up what looked like burn marks. 5) Kept having to use my tools whenever they wanted because they didn't have the right tools for the job. 6) Ignored my requests while tiling which lead to the rework.

Efficient , productive and excellent work

Luis and Jose redid my bathroom, tile floor, put in vanity and toilet and tile backsplash. The bathroom looks beautiful. I am very pleased with their work. They were very accommodating and very respectful. I would definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend Luis and his workers for any home project. He was very courteous, reliable and trustworthy.

They did a good job fixing the chain-link fence.

Reliable, Friendly team of professionals that were detailed orientated. Took great care of my home and concerns. My bathroom and kitchen renovations look GREAT. Quality workmanship performed in a timely manner!! Guaranteed satisfaction. Highly Recommend this reasonably priced team to friends ,family and anyone else.

The owner text messages me at 5:00pm on Monday and he was done with the job at 9:30am on Tuesday. It was a simple job of filling a sinking paved walkway. He let me set the price and ended up doing a lot extra in an effort to avoid sinking in other areas of the walkway down the road. I will use him again. No question!!

I had lawn repair done a few weeks ago after some destruction by a needed septic repair. The service was prompt, polite and well done quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. Rates very fair. I would not hesitate to hire again.

Awesome service. Truly dedicated to their work. On the day they came to do some landscaping work it rained for several hours. Luis and his crew worked in the rain and completed the work. Highly recommended! Servicio impresionante. Sinceramente estan dedicados a su trabajo. El día que vinieron a hacer trabajos de jardinería, llovió durante varias horas. Luis y su equipo trabajaron bajo la lluvia y completaron el trabajo. ¡Muy recomendable!

Luis and his team are fantastic!!! My husband and I just purchased our first home, which was in desperate of a yard/ shrubbery overhaul. Luis and his crew worked extremely hard to take down all the over grown shrubs in the front of the house by hand! Which I loved because they did not rip up the front lawn with heavy machinery!! Luis is very professional and a fantastic person, and a true man of his word!!! He would take the time to walk with me everyday that they had worked one the house to talk about the progress and what my vision was for the house. He encouraged me every time we would speak that I should feel free to call or text him to talk about any concerns or changes I was thinking about, and would text me back promptly! Luis and his wonderful crew have really set my home in the right direction! I just can't thank him and his crew enough for helping me create my own little piece of paradise, really all that is left for me to do is watch my new baby tress, shrubs, and flowers grow! I will forever be grateful for all that help he has given me!! To sum up fantastic man, wonderful crew, outstanding work and results!!!!

Luis is a diligent and accountable professional. He assisted with transplanting two 8' feet tall lilac trees and didn't overcharge for the job. No fancy machinery, all manual. Extremely hard work and yet he tackled it with his partner without any apprehension. The following day he did the lawn at another property. It came out perfect. He has pleasant demeanor and I would recommend his services for residential or commercial projects.

This was my second project, a 10x12 patio, with Luis and the patio is absolutely beautiful. I will be working with Luis again at the end of the month to extend the patio and create a walkway. Amazing work, great craftsmanship. Excellent prices.

Great work, thorough, good communication!
