Luis does good work,and showed Up like he said he would. The work he performed was professional &done right. He's not one of those contractors looking to overcaptialize on the homeowner. Ethical & hardworking person. I would trust him in my home anytime great job&solid results.

Very nice job, friendly, helpful. He completed the work in one day, cleaned up and hauled away all left over extra materials. I will be calling him again when I need more work done. Very pleased!!!

Luis did a good job, however he didn't keep his word about cleaning up and hauling away extra material used. Nor did he return the key to the property. Never pay this individual before all work is completed.

Luis and his guy were FANTASTIC. excellent quality of work and for a fair and reasonable amount. I watched each step of the way and they did it right. Lots of unknowns on my project but all the rot was uncovered, removed and repaired. I am 100% satisfied with Luis work and would rehire again with no reservations!!
