Luis is honest about his work and will be upfront with you in a professional manor. He does not try to upsell you with suggestions; instead, he will educate you with things to look out for and most likely will make an arrangement for repairs and work with you. Again, he is honest with his work. He replace the J-Channel/vinyl for my sliding door and saw so many flaws on what the original builders done. he sealed the corners to prevent water from getting in and was done 100% out of pride of doing his job without charge. he was here for repair and not to seal spots for water entry I paid him with a bit extra because I was happy with his work. Luis is an awesome guy.
