Luis was very prompt and seemed very nice. I hired him to hang some bulletin boards and cut a 2 inch hole in a countertop for computer cords. The job took an excess amount of time and he had to redo it. Excess holes were put in our new walls that had to be repaired. As I did not plan for any painting, I had no touch up paint available. Luis purchased some paint of a different color to use for touching up. It does not match, and I will have to have the damage repaired by someone else. Ultimately he did finish the job. If hiring him, I would make sure that he actually understands how to do the job correctly.
