This gentleman's carpentry skills are excellent. He works hard and shows up on time. I also think his price for my job was worth every penny. I would recommend him to my best friend.

New toilet he installed was broken by Home Depot so we had to return it and get a new one. Luis came with me for the return then installed the new unit without any issues.

when Loiis met me to bid on the job he seemed thorough.He drew up a contract and a estimate.We set an appointment for 11/19/2019.By 9am he was a no show, so I called him.At first he seemed confused about the job and who I was .Then he tried to reschedule for Thanksgiving day!He agreed to show up a hour later .When he arrived I gave him 300.00 as a down payment for the job.The agreed price was 500 including materials.He took out the old rectangular window by the front door , replacing the rotted wood around it and refitting the window.Unfortunately the front door next to it no longer closes shut and the dead bolt o longer works because he did not measure and or reinstall it properly.As night fell he promised to fix the problem the next day at 4pm., as well as do the second tasking rehanging and fixing the rear patio fence door.At 4 pm he is a no show.I call and leave a message.Interestingly his voice mail message and prompts are inspanish.He calls back a few minutes later trying to reschedule for another day.His work is shoddy and immature is.His schedueling system is shoddy and disorganized and does not have any business cards.A awfull experience.I understand sometimes things need to be reschecueled.Nothing runs perfelctly.zBut His cavalier attitude to customer service is appalling.
