Lucas was on time, he honored his contract entirely to exchange the water heater during our interaction. Lucas was very thorough with trouble shooting. In addition, Lucas was very prompt returning to our home to troubleshoot a manufacturer problem because the water heater was making a humming noise. Within a matter of 30 minutes he was able to analyze and discovered the burner assembly was defective. He contacted the manufacturer and he was observed to be an expert in resolving the replacement part which resulted in an immediate part replacement. Lucas was true professional and knowledgeable. He installed the part and the water heater works efficiently, it's wonderful. Thank you for helping a disabled veteran who truly trusted your expertise. Very professional and courteous

I had 2 small gas leaks on the gas line behind my gas stove- had called the emergency line to CSU and they sent out a technician to inspect and found the two leaks, I called Lujan PSI to speak with the technician over the phone and discussed what needed to be done they came and replaced the hose, they are dependable and prompt with their service- have them scheduled to come out and flush the water heater .

The plumbers were very professional and showed servant leadership. As well as the lady who answered the phone! Work was done within less time I was expecting and has been running a lot more smoothly since.

I had a burst pipe in my basement that needed to be replaced and Lujan PSI was able to schedule me the day after I put in my Angi project. Luke was able to show up earlier than scheduled and completed the job quickly. Communication was clear, he gave me a few repair options to choose from, and a quote over the phone. His quote came in nearly 75% lower than another plumber that quoted me the day prior, which was more in line with what I expected to pay based on prior work I've had done. Very professional and polite, good warranty, highly recommended.
