Mistake 1:no written work agreement to customer provided or receipt in the end. Some work was left abandoned/ incomplete Most work had to be watched over or redone in some capacity and the original project was not completed. Lucas sat at my kitchen table writing in his own native language some numbers on a piece of paper, demanding a check for what he had already done, I work 3 jobs and do not pay people be their babysitters when they are supposed to be professionals. I trusted he had would come back and complete the rest of what I was asked to write the check for. I got a text from Lucas not even 24 hours later, after he cashed my check for $1,200.00 saying that, he was leaving the state and I would need someone else to complete this project, and that he would try to find a wheel for a drawer he was already paid to fix but no promises and to keep looking g for someone else. I am reporting him to the local sheriffs office this is the 2nd time I have been too trusting with contractors/unlicensed/handyman, lesson finally learned...I hope my story saves someone else from losing money and time they can not afford to lose when they are disabled and live on fixed incomes.

My recliner chair was not fixed, the technician did not seem to know what he was doing. Do not contract these services.
