Thought they did good until we had to replace the faucet that started leaking after their work. Found out they didnt replace the rotten wall behind as they were supposed to. One of MAIN REASONS for remodel. They just covered over it and said how theblast person did that but they fixed it but in reality they did the same thing! Also used a different size floorboard so now theres an obvious drop in middle of floor that will eventually wear down the new flooring. Was never informed of this.

Luke installed a mailbox for me. He quoted a price for the labor and asked for reimbursement based on a receipt for the items he purchased to complete the job. It couldn't have been any easier. Great job Luke! I'll definitely hire him again.

Great honest guy. Him and his worker, I sorry can't remember his name did and excellent Job. They arrived when they said they would and completed a 34' x 31" x 31" Garage shelf and painted it and the entire wall in about 6 hours. Definitely hire this guy. No, I never met this man until I found him on Home advisor.

I called him on Wednesday, he came over on Thursday and was able to do the project on Friday which was a ramp so that my wife would be able to get in and out of the house. The work was top rate. And when done cleaned up the mess from cutting the wood. I highly recommend Luke Swim and crew.
