We just had a guest bedroom, guest bathroom and a loft bar painted by Lulos Painting. Pedro and his mom Connie did a fantastic job! I chose a dark grey (Sherwin Williams Software 7074) therefore the walls needed two coats. What a difference the paint made, it's very sophisticated and sexy now! Pedro also fixed three interior doors that had been driving me crazy for a long time. One of them wouldn't stay open and the other two I couldn't open or close. I'm planning on using Pedro to paint the first and second floor hallways in a coordinating grey, can't wait! Wish I could attach a photo of the bedroom, I bought all new furniture and it looks spectacular!

Pedro painted my master bedroom and bath. He is not as meticulous as most painters I have worked with, but did a good job overall. If you decide to use them, I would advise to make sure that you have a very good understanding of what is included and what is not included in your quote. Also, if you allow them to supply the paint, confirm the color they bring is the color you chose prior to them starting the job. Pedro was professional and prompt and was a pleasure to work with.

Very quick, efficient and polite! I feel I can give a good review because I use to be a painter. Pedro is very talented-straight lines, corners etc., clean and NO mess! His taping repair and dedication to detail is superb! I would highly recommend Lulos Painting.

Pedro is punctual and has a positive attitude. I really like that he works with his Mom, They work really well together. Pedro worked quickly to paint my very complicated kitchen and a section in my dining room. He did a great job without tape but an even better job 5 days later to touch up areas that needed more attention. I would say he's a good painter, with a pleasant attitude. Thanks for knocking this complicated paint job out.

Communicating with Pedro was little challenging, but good overall. I had an issue with having to do extra painting after the paint color didn't match. I explained that the paint didn't match well, but Pedro painted areas where only touch up was needed, but because color didn't match well he had to paint corner to corner resulting in more work and money. Overall, Pedro was patient and made it work. I liked Pedro, only wished didn't have to do extra unnecessary painting. I would hire Pedro again.

Pedro was an absolute God send. His attention to detail is second to none. I will use him again and will recommend him to all my friends. Very pleasant and easy to work with. His work is impeccable!!!

I was under the impression that the painter would pain from corner to corner, I was unclear in my instructions to the painter.

Did an excellent job covering the ceiling water stains and then repainted. Exact match, Very easy to work with

I hired him and I fired him. He left half of what we had covered on his walk through off the quote. He stood me up on the first appt. On the 2nd appt. I asked him to walk through the job again so that I could be sure we were on the same page. When I pointed out the door he left off the quote he told me he forgot about it and wouldn't paint it unless I paid $80 more. I asked for my materials which he charged on my card. Home Depot had emailed a receipt. He put out 1 bucket of paint. I showed him on the receipt that I paid for 5. He then produced 5 cans and all of the other materials on my receipt. I did the job myself and only used less than 2 buckets of the paint. This guy overcharges you on supplies and then keeps half. My advice is "buyer beware!!!"

He did an excellent job, was on time, and always returning calls! He even completed the job on Sunday! My only complaint he never give me an invoice for my records.
