Lumack Bellot Construction

Do not go to Johns worst pricing in the entire bay area. Stay away from this scam of a company. Paid over 1000 to have a replacement for the shower faucet. Found another contractor that I now have been using every month for general fixes. Never going to lose out on a grand of cash again and if I do it will be worth the work. I would you want to waste money going with this horrible company owner John is unpleasant.

The customer service was not the best. He came our, removed the water heater but did not remove the pipes.

I felt that the project was very overpriced. The initial quote was not specific in the charges that I was expecting to pay! The final price had included many specific details that I was not told about. Some of the specific charges I thought were not appropriate and I probably would not have hired them if I knew that I was going to be paying for all those added on charges! The person that actually did the job was very polite and did a good job. The person that came to quote the job was the one who I felt was not upfront with me about what it was supposed to cost!? I kinda felt that I was somewhat taken advantage of, partially because I am a single woman??!!

I contract them for the bathroom remodeling and I was very impressed of the work and desired to hire them for the Kitchen remodeling as well. And what a job they have done for me. Rate them with a 5 star on the work, service and professional work.

easable charges

I would hire them again.

Professional, organized, excellent quality of workmanship. A great experience and I won't hesitate to use them again.
