Dillon was unnecessarily rough with his equipment. I had limited access to the areas being serviced. He brought in a bobcat to haul away a downed tree. He totally ruined parts of my landscaping to accomplish this. He also dented my gutter and chipped my brand new siding in an area where he had plenty of space. He was just in a hurry to finish and wasn't being careful. He never came back to grind a tree stump. He no showed on 2 different occasions. This guy gets a D-.

WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY If you read down below you will find several bad reviews on this company. I personally hired Dillon Blocker in early March for tree removal, stump grind of the tree and stump grind three small bushes. Mr. Blocker said he would return in early April for the stump grinding once the stumps had thawed. I have called Mr. Blocker many times in the past he always promises to come out but never shows or he simply hangs up on me I have also received nasty text messages from Mr. Blocker. I no longer bother to call or text Mr. Blocker but I am simply taking him to small claims court next month to get my money back.

These guys were polite and courteous, prompt and very efficient. They finished the job the same day in slightly less than four hours. I am planning to call them back for further work. I would highly recommend them to Seniors like myself because they gave me a really great deal on the removal of two trees.

Sam and the owner, Dillon, are honest, hardworking, diligent and knowledgeable. They are fair priced (excellent value) courteous and did a wonderful job of tree removal and trimming on our new home..and they cleaned up everything! Great experience and will use the again. They understand customer service and are respectful of customer budget and time. I will not use anyone else.

They called and came out the same day to estimate cost for tree removal with a section of the smallest tree grown through the chain link fence. That was to be cut below and above where it was grown into the fence, the price was quoted considering the close proximity to the fence because it made it more difficult. I paid the agreed price of $325 (which included an extra $75 for stump grinding) in cash the next morning when they arrived with truck and trailer before they began cutting because I had to leave for work. They finished quickly while i was still home but left the trees about 4ft high. Before i left for work i texted to ask if they were coming back to finish and they replied saying their saw clipped the fence pretty good so that's why they stopped. If i call them after removing the fence they would finish and grind the stump. The bigger two sections of trees were about 6 or 8 inches from the fence. I finished the cut through the bottom of the tree grown into the fence with a small hand saw. They could have done a verticle cut parallel to the fence with the power saw and finished with a hand saw or drilled holes first then used other tools for the part close to the fence instead of stopping after one cut that clipped the fence because "Blades ain't cheap." I'm glad most of the trees are gone, but i still have to have them cut to the stump and have the stump ground. I think their service would have been ok if there were no complications, but I'm out $325 cash and still have 4 foot stumps. That's unethical and unprofessional.

Tree Removal
I thought I did my research well in looking for a tree removal company, but a good sales pitch and complete disappointment per customer service and unprofessionalism is what we got. Three trees were removed: 2 in our front yard and 1 in the back which hangs over our house and garage. They showed up within two days of me talking to Sam and wanted to get to work. I was told that they would possibly use a lift to safely remove some of the branches if need be because of the trees being so close to our house. Well soon into the project we learned that time is money for these guys and its all about getting the job done fast so they can move on to the next. -They drove their truck and trailer onto our property without asking me if that was ok, and repeatedly drove over our drain field for our septic system when we had notified them multiple times that it was there and heavy equipment, or trees, can not stand on top of the septic system.- The day after they were done, I had texted Sam and Dillon about concerns and questions about how our yard was left after the tree removal (this was our first time removing trees from our property). I received a text stating they'd be out in the morning to talk to me and to pick up their payment. They came out, and I told them my concern of how our yard was left: Front yard was ripped up with 5 significant craters, sticks and branches left everywhere,it was ripped up from the bobcat, our gravel driveway was left with divets and ruts along the ENTIRE driveway with sticks all over it -in the back, branches and sticks were left on top of our garage and blown under our deck-, huge ruts and holes were left in our yard from their machinery. I had told them that i was concerned and wanted to ask about it bc included in our job that we paid for, was cleanup. And from what I was looking at, it was going to take me a long time to get out and fix and clean everything up. I was told they were frustrated that i felt this way bc they tried everything they could to get out to our house in a timely manner and they already bent over backwards for me answering my questions i had during the week. I was told that their main concern is "the safety of their employees first, then the homeowners and the second concern is the customer" and so on. However, none of their employees had safety glasses on or safety hard hats. We live on a fairly busy county road, and without putting cones in the street or blocking traffic, they dropped the tree into the street. No cones. Traffic stopped until they got the street cleaned up. Saftey first? Per the yard, all they kept telling me is that Im lucky it turned out as good as it did for how big the trees were and that, "if I didn't want a blade of grass touched on my lawn I should have specified that in the first place." I asked why they didn't end up using the lift, and he said, "because that would have taken longer since it was rented out already and it costs $1,300 to rent it for a day." Well they rent the

The company was great in the Customer service department. I had some trees and brushes cleaned and shaped up.The quality of work I could of honestly did myself. The job wasn't worth $1,400. I will have to look around to have work redone.I loved the workers, but not quality of work.

The manager called immediately and had a worker close by so the job was done super quickly. I don't know a going rate but we paid $150 for about 10 minutes of work. Seemed a bit expensive so I gave them a 3.0 rating although I don't know a going rate for the work. he cut an old tree trunk into smaller pieces. The person cutting up the tree only cut up about half of it. When I asked him to finish the job he did so quickly and was very cooperative about it. For $150 I would have liked him to do a complete job without my asking so I gave them a bit lower rating for work quality.
