Lumberjack Property Development

Had flooring installed. They removed old carpet, prepped subfloor and installed new flooring while reusing trim. They even picked up the material for me that I purchased online which was great. Did a nice job, the only knock that lost half a star was they ended early the first day and ended up working late the second day and did not reinstall the HVAC vents which my kids promptly dropped a ball down. I did repaint some of them though, so they may have thought they couldn't? All in all, they did a nice job though and did in two days what would have taken me two weeks to do. If you can afford to hire someone rather than doing it yourself to save the money, these guys are as good as anyone. I did not shop around or get any other prices, which is not like me, so I don't know how their rates compare, but that is a testament to their customer service - I was comfortable with them.

They followed up with phone calls during the project, and even after the project they called to make sure everything was satisfactory.
