They were rude but they did the job properly.

Lumberjack acted promptly and professionally. They came out the same day I contacted them. They gave me a quote which they stuck to...no hidden costs. They were courteous to me and respectful of my home and yard. They did EVERYTHING I wanted them to do. They removed a large tree and some smaller ones and some brush. They’re great! And, I’m NOT a relative or a friend. LOL

The owner, Damian Sexton, came when he said he would. He even went the extra "mile" to help with a water table problem when doing the job, removing three Leyland Cypress trees, downed by one of our nor'easters. He had to wait until the water level went down before he could grind the stumps. What is amazing is his desire to accomodate and still keep the job affordable. Great service - great price!!

We had a tree that unfortunately had to be cut down. After calling several people and not getting a call back, I finally made one last attempt on a Friday evening and we received a call back within ten minutes. They were timely, courteous and totally cleaned up after themselves.

I contacted Lumberjack through HA and received a call back within 24 hours. They inspected the property and came back with a very reasonable quote for the work I needed. Within 48 hours the job was completed exactly how I had hoped! Hank is a true professional and a great guy, I'll certainly call again for any future tree work and highly recommend Lumberjack to anyone needing fast quality work at a fair price
