Luminosity Electric

Yesterday a delivery truck pulled down an low hanging cable wire, which pulled our electrical service entrance wires off of our house. After being told by the electric company that it was our problem I called Luminosity and Tristan stopped by within a couple of hours to asses the situation and give me an estimate, which was reasonable. He came out this morning and re-secured the wires. The job was done very well and in a friendly and professional manner. I would certainly recommend them.

These guys were great. They showed up on time(even a bit early). I work close to my house and asked them if they could call me when they were 10 minutes away so I could just leave work and meet them. They said no problem and it worked out great. We went over the project again. I had them install 5 recessed lights that I had purchased and 2 dimmer switches. There was no existing light fixture in my living room so I showed them where the attic access was. My living room had a small portion of the ceiling that was higher than the rest of the ceiling when you walked in. They did not know until they got up there if they could get to that portion of the ceiling to put in one of the lights or to where the existing switch was to put in one of the dimmer switches to control that one light. Anyway, I went back to work and had them text me again when they were about 10 minutes from being done. They did that and when I came back I had all my recessed lighting up. They put up all 5 recessed lights(even the one to the higher portion of the ceiling ..but could not get to the one switch to put a dimmer in to control that light so they had the other dimmer switch control all 5 of the lights which we had agreed on before I originally left. It looks great and I was so pleased. No surprises or anything. I would highly recommend these guys. The only minor negative thing I could say was there were a few marks on the sidewalls from where they probably leaned the ladder to measure to get the lights centered to where they needed to be on the ceiling. I did not really care because I am painting the room anyway and the marks were **not** on the ceiling. Again these guys showed up on time, super easy to work with, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them. Much better price than the other 3 electricians gave me. Once again I wanted to mention I purchased the recessed lights and the dimmer switch. Their quote was for labor only. They did supply all the wiring.

After calling 4 electricians that were either booked until December or didnâ t return our calls, Tristan answered our call and came out the same day to perform an estimate. He came back the next day and installed additional outlets in our basement, installed a couple new circuits, and performed diagnostics on 2 outlets that werenâ t working. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend! We will definitely contact him in the future for any additional work we may need.

Luminosity was very prompt and stopped by the same day I called to give me an estimate. Great customer service. Very reasonable rates. Will definitely hire again if any future electrical work is needed. Would recommend to anyone.

I received a call from Luminosity Electric within 2 minutes of placing my request. He was at my house within 45 minutes. He was friendly and professional. I thought I just had a bad circuit breaker but that wasn t the case. It ended up being a loose wire in one of the outlets that cut the power off to my garage and half of the family room. That was some detective work. He really knows his stuff and I recommend him without any reservation. The cost was very reasonable. He s a keeper!!!!
