Lunas lawn care LLC

He was great and finish the job on time

They came out and gave me an estimate pretty quickly. Pricing was reasonable to bring my front, back, and two tall trees that got thinned out. Work was excellent and have started having them out twice a month.

I hired Omar to do a front yard cleanup and pull some plants out of the backyard, as we are moving. He came last Thursday and gave me a quote. He said he would be here today (Monday). I stayed home and waited the entire day. I sent texts with no answer. I called at 4:30 PM and asked for an ETA as I had been waiting all day and took off work to wait for them, plus coordinated with my neighbors who wanted the plants. Omar said sorry, maybe tomorrow. I asked for a specific time. He said maybe between 7 AM and Noon. I said that is unacceptable as I had been waiting all day after taking the day off and that he should have had the courtesy to at least call. So he hung up on me!!! I would not hire this service, as they are as unprofessional as they come. Absolutely ridiculous.

Mr. Luna came by with an estimate and when I thought I would need an appointment, he said he was able to do it right then

Very quick to respond incoming out to give estimate. Also quick in getting out to do the job and very timely in arrival. Hard working and got job done in time they said they would.

I hired this company through Home advisor and prepaid and they never showed up.

On time and quality of work is good. Will use them again in the future

I’m very happy with the service that Luna lawn service provided. They did everything that I requested and more!

They didnt do the fine tuning. They didnt rake the rocks to even them up. Left some trimming unfinished and some eave s were not cleaned up.

Nothing

They did a great job and yard looks so much better and did the spray to stop the grass from growing back in unwanted areas. This will be helpful in keeping ahead of this grass problem. Will use again.

On time, great customer service, at a fair price. Will be using them in the future!

I like the way Omar directly communicates with you taking care of any concerns.

Contractor was supposed to trim the trees and he didn't do a good job. They also broke one of my ornament. I spoke with the contractor who said they would be back out to finish the job. But they never came back out after times calling them.

they did a very good job at a reasonable price. i would hire again.

showed up early, worked hard, and got the job done. That's what counts!

Very easy to work with!

These guys did a great job removing some shrub stumps between my pool and our privacy wall, a difficult location. Great communication, punctual, and friendly. Some of the roots pulled out an end of our irrigation system, and these guys fixed it free of charge. They cleaned up the area after the work was done and hauled the roots away. They even blew all the leaves off of our patio as a courtesy. The price was VERY reasonable, and the end result was totally worth it. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know!

Responded promptly, did what was agreed upon and just so helpful...thank you so much.

All in all, a completely positive experience dealing with Omar and his crew. They did a great job for a very fair price.

Super nice guys, fast and efficient. Very accommodating with time. I wish I had found them sooner!

Omar, brother & their father are very personable and easy to work with. Will try their best to please. On time & will return your calls quickly. Outstanding value.
