Luis was very prompt and responsive throughout. Very clear about work scope. cost as well as when he can start and finish. They started and finished the work in time as agreed. While initiaslly looking at the job before quoting, he suspected some minor floor levelling may be required and warned us about it. Reasonable about additional things such as that when they became necessary. Above all that, overall quality of work is very good indeed. Thanks Luis & Paulo! Great job!

This installer is not professional. After reviewing some of his work in progress we advised him to fix some of his errors and he walked off the job.

Both men worked a full day and arrived close to schedule. They were very good about letting me know how the job was going or if there was an unexpected problem.

Luis is very dedicated to getting the job don correctly. He does not take any short cuts and will continue until it is 100% correct. Also, his price was very fair.

Louis was very professional and helpful to design the right tile installation for my kiitchen. It looks absolutely fabulous. He was also very neat, cleaning up the kithchen and the outside work areas after the job was finished.

This was our best experience ever with a contractor. The work was impeccable and I would recommend Lunsa tile to everybody. He even vacuumed the room and wiped down the counters when he was done. He was always polite and respectful of our home. We were amazed by artisanal skills at handyman prices. When additional work was necessary (due to discovered mold and wood rot), he rose to the occasion and took care to make sure the job was done right. We could not be more pleased. Trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and a really nice guy. We wish him the very best and hope he gets lots of work because of the good job he did for us.

Luis of Lunsa Tile is a professional-gentleman we would quickly invite back to our home. He removes his shoes as he enters the home, speaks thoughtfully of all concerns, works without breaks (he should take some), keeps to his quote, does a beautiful job, and leaves everything clean. What better can be asked? We highly recommend him.

Luis from Lunsa repaired our ceramic kitchen tile. He was very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased with his work.

Mr. Solano was professional and responsive from the first phone call to the last day he worked. He was friendly, accommodating and extremely prompt. He got the work done in a very timely fashion and paid attention to the details. He had a number of solutions for our old uneven floor so the floor wouldn't move and crack the tiles. He laid down tarps to protect our other floors and his prices were extremely reasonable. We are very happy with his work and would call him again for other tiling jobs.

Luis did a great job installing my kitchen tile. He made sure my floor was screwed to the underfloor( which it was not when he got here) He made made the transition from the new tile to the existing wood floors even and level. I would hire him for any other work. I was a professional service tech and I found him to be personable and professional, with a sense of humor.

Luis isn't finished yet, but I do want to comment on his professionalism and courtesy. He is a true gentleman and knowledgeable of his craft. So far no snares on our project and we have been kept up to date on the progress. He cleans up after each day which is a huge plus. I will certainly use Luis again and refer him to anyone in need of tile service. Two thumbs up!

Very Hard worker - promised to do the job the way we asked and followed thru with what we discussed - actually did more than expected - results came out beautiful - very professional - came to do the job when promised - Also returned when we called with a slight problem with the grout breaking in some spots, Luis came back as promised and regrouted a good area of the floor.

He did a great job. The references he provided were very helpful along with the pictures of his work.
