She called and we set a date and time for her to come and do the cleaning project we discussed. She never showed up and never called to say she couldn't come. Will not use her again.

They need to clean the floors with water diluted Pine Sol. A dry mop doesn't clean the kitchen floor.

Slight difficulties with communication clarity, but very responsive nonetheless. Had my first cleaningâ the schedule was flexible and things looked great. Cheaper than my last cleaning service I hired who unfortunately went out of business. So far so good.
