The receptionist/scheduler Andrea, was absolutely helpful. She seemed to help anyway she could. Had them come winterize my irrigation. In the spring I went to go start it up for the year and found a large crack in my vacuum pump. Lush came out to inspect it and told me that my main shutoff must have leaked in the winter to causing the water to expand. Have friends that do irrigation also, all of which said it was most likely to be an incomplete blowout. I have lived in my house for many years and have never had a problem with my main shutoff nor with my original spigot. When they came out, they basically told me that they were not at fault at all. They did not try to reason with me which I think is important when it comes to customer service. They wanted to charge me 300 dollars for the part and installation. They told me it would take 20 to 30 minutes from start to finish. I picked the part up for 70 dollars. Where does the other 230 dollars go? Will not be using them for any of my future projects and will not be recommending them to anyone I know.

"Shut off failed in basement shut off. I myself the owner do every single blowout for our company and we do everything to the spec of our suppliers. They are the ones that warranty my work and we put in 100 or so systems a year and have had no issues with freeze breaks."

They activated my sprinkler system. Some problems was found parts replaced problem fixed. The job was not rushed and they are very professional! Will continue to use this company for all my irrigation needs.
