Since 2004, out of a garage in Grand Blanc, Lush Lawn has grown to over 85 employees. We work out of six locations servicing southeast Michigan including, Brighton, Canton, Grand Blanc, Lansing, Rochester Hills, and Saginaw. Lush Lawn works to create a beautiful life experience in customers' yards, both residential and commercial. At Lush Lawn, your lawn maintenance is our main priority. Lush Lawn is locally owned and operated! We live, work, and shop in the same places as you. Lush Lawn uses the finest products and procedures designed specifically for the Michigan climate and will keep your lawn weed-free. All our service technicians and arborists are certified and licensed by the State of Michigan Department of Agriculture. Our goal is to make your yard stand out and create a beautiful life experience for you and your family to enjoy.

Horrible and rude customer service. I could not believe the unprofessionalism of it. And when I texted them and said what happened, they never got back to me. No apologies, nothing. Please avoid them and find a lawn care company that SHOWS they care about customer service and not just SAY that they do, like on Lush Lawn's website. I cannot recommend them and want others to avoid having the same horrible experiences (not just one) that I did. You'd have less hassle with a rabid goat on your lawn than dealing with this company.

The customer service is abysmal. They were rude to me on the phone, and then texted me later. When I shared the issue, I was told "it was going to senior management." I never heard from them again. No apology for the unprofessionalism, the rude words, nothing. I can't recommend them and advise you to find another company. This one only cares about the sale which will show in practice, and not from their own website, where they most likely filter reviews. I will be leaving similar reviews around the net so no one else has to deal with this company. After your first service, you can expect it all to go downhill. That's what happened to me so save yourself the time and find a reputable, professional company that actually TAKES customer service seriously and doesn't just SAY they do.

Commercial Lawn Care Fertilization or Treatment Service
Generally, their service technicians are lazy. They stay on their vehicles the entire time except when they're loading and unloading their application machine vehicle. They go fast and away done in 3 minutes. They only service the middle of the lawn. Along driveways, walkways, and separated grass Islands they never get treated. You have to do that yourself. They put down product sparingly to save themselves cost. Customer service only argues in defense of the poor services.
