Commercial Lawn Care Fertilization or Treatment Service
I want to be clear about why I chose to cancel service. When I initially spoke with your representative, I specifically raised a concern about my previous provider leaving fertilizer on hard surfaces like my driveway and patio. I was assured that this would not be an issue with Lush Lawns, and that your crews take care to properly clean and blow off all surfaces after application.
Before the first treatment, I also confirmed this directly with the technician on-site, and he again assured me that everything would be properly cleaned.
Unfortunately, after the application, I found fertilizer left on both my driveway and patio. Compounding the issue, it was raining, which increases the risk of staining and damage to these surfaces. This was particularly frustrating given that it was the exact concern I had raised multiple times prior to starting se

They did the terrible quality of work. Showed up with the wrong type of equipment. Shortchanged several tasks such as tree and turf fertilizer. Was suppose to spray weed control but never did. It was very obvious that nobody from the lush lawn ever followed behind them to check their quality of work. I would never recommend this company to do any type of work.

They did not do the back beds and gave an excuse each time I called. I asked for a manager to come out on site, and was told that wasnt necessary. I asked them not to come back on the property.

Terrible customer service. Products DO NOT work, guarantee is a joke. Steer clear, loads of promises made, none were kept. Initially had them just out to give an estimate, all of a sudden a technician shows up to begin service next day without me agreeing first. That should have been my sign to get out while I still could. Slit seeding did not work, they skipped areas, my yard had more crab grass this summer than it ever had before. They put grass seed in my driveway, which did grow, offered a free drive way devegitation, never delivered. Paid for perimeter pest control, had bugs in my house constantly, even had a bee's nest, called 4 or 5 times on that, no one ever bothered to come out. 1 star is too much.

Lush lawn is the worse lawn service company ever. They make false promises every time you call them. I called multiple times this season regarding fungus on my plants, which by the way you have to pay additional for, but they did not do anything. They did not even bother to come out to take a look at it even though they were pre-paid for the service. I have pictures as proof if anyone wants to see them. I will be more than happy to share. Even their normal grass care is not up to standard. You see weed and dandelion through the season. They call you every day to sell additional services and once they have your money they will try to sell you something else but will not do the work. I paid a lot of money to this company and they did not do anything. BEWARE, DO NOT USE LUSH LAWN.

Do not hire this company! This is the worst company and the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I have a big problem with moss in my grass and they sold me a 6-treatment soil enrichment program to run over the course of the spring and summer, followed by aeration and overseeding between the end of August and early October.. Treatment 1 on April 25 was soil testing to help determine what my soil needed. I was told the results would be in within 2 weeks. However, I did not receive the soil sample results until the first week of September. I called them 7 times and sent 2 e-mails between early May thru the end of July to find out where my test results were. I was always told someone would look into it and they would get back to me. My calls were never returned and my e-mails went unanswered. By the time I finally received the results in September, it was too late to do the 6 soil treatments, and the soil/moss problems in my yard are much worse now. Lush Lawn did not do the job they said they would, my yard is worse, I reached out to them 9 times over the summer to get the soil treatments back on track and they did not deliver. Ironically, in spite of all the they still expect me to pay for the soil testing. They have been sending me notice after notice for weeks to demand payment for the soil test, $85. I do not believe Safari Tree can expect their customers to pay for the mistakes made by their employees. I would gladly have promptly paid for the test results if I had received them. I have spoken with their accounts people and have provided them with a written detailed timeline of my calls to them and the lack of response. They still expect payment. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau.

1. 3 years ago I hired them when they guaranteed that get grass growing in a shady part of my yard. 2. I still have no grass in that area. their processes have failed. 3. When I asked to meet with a supervisor to review the issues, I never received a return call. The supervisor came out, again, looked at the area and emaild to tell me that it is shady, so difficult to grow grass. No kidding. 4. They refuse to refund my money, although I had a contract stating that they would get grass to grow in the area. 5. They do a good job with fertilizing. They stink when it comes to seeding and getting grass to grow in difficult areas.

I wrote a review of them earlier in the summer stating we still had weeds and that I literally watched the guy enter the back yard, take the machine in about halfway, then turnaround and leave. So, no wonder I have weeds. When I contacted them about that they did not call me back until I posted a review. And I still have weeds, so it was not corrected. Today, I filmed the guy because I happened to be home. He brought the machine around the edge partway, then proceeded to leave. I filmed him as he tried to push the machine on the deck. As he began to destroy the brickwork I came out. I said Are you going to finish. He said I did.I told him that I watched him do one row and leave to which he turned his back on me, made the peace sign, and left. I said, But you did not do it. He left. They took my money upfront and have not delivered the product--on at least the two occasions that I witnessed when I happened to be home. I am assuming it is the same every time given I have weeds. By definition this is fraud. I have video of the guy not doing this and I have pictures of all the weeds.

I usually do not give reviews, but because of the services they always provided to me i made one. Switching with different Lawn Services before, Lush Lawn is exceptional. I have been their customer for almost 3 years now. They provide quality and satisfactory services. Their customer services is very amazing, they would not hesitate to answer all your calls. But far more, their services is very professional, they will discussed to you what service they will do and discussed all the cost you need to pay. Unlike others they will not explain what they are going to do instead charge you too much. This is no doubt that I will stay with Lush Lawn for more year.

Because of my hectic schedule at work I have no time maintaining my lawn. I have been searching for a lawn maintenance for a month luckily I found Lush Lawn. Their customer service is very great. They will respond you immediately and give you estimate cost for the service. I requested for the specific time and day for the services because of work and 30 minutes before, they are already on my doorsteps. They are very professionals and they know their job very well. Also they will not charge you too much.

Still early in the process, but my initial review is not good. They applied an application along with aerate and over seed right after rain and really tore up the lawn and left deep tire marks all over. Hopefully they will all come out soon. I had to take pictures and send them over so they could see the results, but they did seem too concerned. I put yes as a recommendation, but I am really split if i would at this point in the process.

I needed someone to look at a large tree that was losing bark. They wanted me to commit to a fertilizer treatment before they came out and looked at the tree. Since I needed to know if the tree was healthy, and I didn't get any other options through Home Advisor, I agreed. They came out, fertilized the tree and were going to leave without even looking at the tree, so I went out and started asking questions. The guy said basically it was nothing to worry about, and gave me a bill. A few days later I got a statement in the mail saying I had gotten 1 treatment and that I had agreed to 2. I also noticed that the small print said this contract would be automatically renewed every year unless I called to change it. I feel this company is mainly interested in pushing services on people whether they need them or not.

However, I'm looking at your account and I need to clarify a few points. The second service that you're referring to is a FREE service and isn't billed. As for looking at the tree, the technician that was out stated on his report, "Summer deep root feeding applied to Maple. Maple has bark damage to driveway side, think it must have been struck by something at some point; the bark where damaged is finally starting to peel off but no bug damage in Hardwood and good strong heal around damaged area." As for the auto-renewal policy, many of our customers use our auto-renewal service, but we are re-evaluating our position on it.
