They came an hour early to do the job and woke me and my house guest out of bed. The estimate of the job was mis-quoted to me on the phone. But Richard was very sweet to make sure that I was happy with the adjusted price after the job was finished. I won't use them again but it ended well.

This does have a professional attitude with how he talks. He is a smooth talker. He took way too much time and he exaggerates his abilities. He charged me $900 for an estimate and i didn't get anything for that.

Perfection is a good way to sum up the quality of work. Danny, the tile setter took his time to do everything right. It is nice to see someone who takes pride in his work and it shows. Highly recomended.

Richard is absolutely the best!! I've never had such a wonderful Contractor experience. He spent the time to research and explain various options that most contractors will not even consider. Richard goes beyond and above to help. What a Jewel.

Paul and Richard were both very helpful in providing an estimate and following through on the project's progress. Hector was professional, and very willing to answer any questions I had about the work he was doing. He made sure I was satisfied before he did a thorough clean-up.

On a brutally hot day, Hector our "Handyman" worked non-stop to complete our projects. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. He went the extra mile to finish the jobs.

This was a terrible experience. The actual employee that came to do my work (Hector) was great. Very professional and did high quality work. However, the owner - Richard Wallach - was an absolute nightmare. Several things were wrong: 1. They did not tell me ahead of time that the minimum charge was $375 (until after coming out to my house). That wasn't a huge deal to me, but I thought it was really shady to not be upfront about minimum charges. I would think that other customers would not like this. 2. They only accept check. No credit card, no online payment system. And when the guy came out to do the work, I couldn't even give him cash on completion of work, as he said that his boss (Richard) is the only person who could handle payment. 3. The part that was REALLY the worst though was the customer service. I would have happily paid immediately upon work being complete, but they offered no option, so I had to mail a check. I mailed a check within 15 days of receiving the invoice. Seems pretty reasonable right? Well, apparently not according to Mr. Wallach. He probably called me 10 times, escalating each call in a disturbing and unprofessional tone. He threatened to put a lien on my home because he had not received a check within just a few days of completion of work. We were in the process of moving and I didn't have quick access to my checkbook. Yet none of that mattered to him. It was just absolutely horrendous customer service and communication. So disappointing, the owner should really be ashamed of himself. I highly recommend that all future customers look elsewhere. I've done a lot of work with contractors and service men in the LA / Sherman Oaks area, and have never had such a horrible experience.

I was not provided with a written estimate but the amount of time needed was dependent on the discover process. I was told $65.00 hour (ouch)and told he'd come back the next day to finish if needed. "However long it takes" meant an hourly rate to me, so be it. However his partner finished in 5 & 1/2 hours and he charged me for a full 8 hours. If he had told me this I would have set up a few more "honey do" chores to get my money's worth and I was not given that opportunity. The work completed was well done and he got to work right away and spent his time efficiently.

I didn't receive nor was I offered a written proposal that included the hourly charge for the items to be corrected. Always have written proof.

DID A EXCELLENT JOB AND ON TIME.
