The crew came in like true pros. Asked all the right questions gave them answers and let them loose. They are an amazing bunch cleaned everything so well we could eat off the floors. Did not need to supervise. Once given instructions they went on like robots not missing a thing. I recommend you guys 110%

I chose post construction clean up because my house was so dusty and they did so many projects it was equivalent to that amount of work. They cleaned every single fan i and vent. All floors, pictures and cabinets are gleaming. All handles and doors look new. There is no dust anywhere. My laundry closet was a mess. They folded everything. I am missing so many details but I don't even recognize my house. I think my cat is even confused. (LOL) I would recommend this service to anyone.

This business is better managed and operated than some big corporations that I could name. They are responsive, highly organized, and personalize their services to fit your needs. Itâ s a pleasure dealing with them. I would go so far as to say that once youâ re a client, they treat you like family. My text messages with Janette read more like a conversation between girlfriends at this point but always with underlying professionalism and utmost courtesy. Theyâ re Experts at Cleaning Unlike 99% of the cleaning people I have encountered, who picked up a paper towel and a spray bottle of Lysol one day and deemed themselves qualified to clean professionally, Luvinia has true cleaning expertise. Before sending in a cleaner, she came over to do a thorough walk through of my home, and went over the correct cleaning technique for every single surface and finish material. Her knowledge of the subject is astounding and frankly, such a relief. A few cleaning ladies in the past have caused permanent damage to my mirrors and marble surfaces because they didnâ t know what they were doing. And I certainly donâ t know enough to guide them. I thank god that I have Luvinia in my life now, who BTW totally geeks out on this. Itâ s clear that she loves what she does. This isnâ t simply a day job for her. They Train Their Staff It isnâ t enough for the owner to be knowledgeable. They need to impart this knowledge to the cleaning staff, which in this case is accomplished through a well planned and executed training program. My cleaning lady, Esmerelda, is meticulous. She has cleaned my three story townhouse, all by herself, four times now, and I have zero complaints. And should any questions come up while sheâ s cleaning, both Luvinia and Janette are a phone call or text message away. So in a nutshell, I recommend Luv Cleaning Service without any reservations and with utter enthusiasm. My search has finally ended because I found the best.

Very impressed with how efficient and thorough these ladies cleaned my home today. A very pleasant experience, will most definitely reschedule.

The women got right to work. No problem except for the language barrier. They were very nice and very efficient.
