Exterior Painting and Staining Service
Lux Improvements, LLC, Moises, and his team did an excellent job! Their customer service, responsiveness, and follow-up are truly top-notch. Moises is great at listening to what a customer needs and wants, and he is patient when a customer is unsure or changes their mind. You can tell that his priority is making sure his customers are happy and that the job is done right. I highly recommend Lux Improvements and would definitely use them again!

Project: Resurfacing Concrete Driveway and Concrete Patio Area around the pool. These guys are great! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the resurfacing project that the PCU Inc. team did for us!! The guys were very polite, professional, accommodating to our requests/needs, talented, hard workers and took tremendous pride in their work. They arrived promptly removed the outdoor carpeting on the porch was back to prep and lay out the new flooring thereafter on the 2nd day they did the staining and sealed the flooring. It looks beautiful. All the gentlemen that came were professional, polite, nice and proficient in installing the new flooring on our porch. It looks beautiful. Thank you

Two men arrived promptly as scheduled. Impressive truck mounted equipment looks brand new. Moises pretreated carpets where needed (almost all over). Second man used hot water steam extraction method; did very thorough job. Results much better than expected. Twenty year old bedroom carpet looks almost new again and it was very dirty.. Moises without extra charge also treated and cleaned a discolored corner of the living room area rug I tried to spot clean, returned it to original color. In sum, I am totally satisfied with Precise Cleaning, both quality and price and highly recommend them.

We hired this company off of recommendations and I paid for the month up front (4 cuts) and planned to continue using them. The first visit they were very prompt, the next visit I had to text mid-week to see if they were coming, and the following week early week my guard gate called and said they were here but never showed only to come Friday after I text and asked if they were coming (with no response). They did not service our yard the 4th time and while they did do a good job when they were here, they are unreliable.

They wear too many hats and whatever makes the most money is what they prioritize. They have not been at my house for 2 weeks. My grass is overgrown and I get no reply with texts and no answer when I call. I have an HOA that will not accept this. BEWARE

From the service quality, communication and overall experience perspective, I would give the guys top reviews without any doubt. The project has not been completed yet at this moment, but we are willing to have the final walk through when it is finished to accommodate my plan. So far everything turned out great! Highly recommend to all friends.
