Lux Painting Pros

I hired this company a few years ago to refinish cabinets as birthday gift for my mother in law. It was very last minute so I did not think I would be able to find someone. My husband showed me Lux Painting Pros on google and we were instantly impressed by all of the amazing reviews and ultimately decided to give it a go. Long story short, everything was SEAMLESS from customer service and invoice, to punctuality and attention to detail. Mark truly went above and beyond to meet our needs in such a timely manner. Fast forward 2 years later and my mother in law calls us asking for their information last month. She loved his work so much that she hired him again 2 weeks ago as she is remodeling her kitchen. ONCE AGAIN he brought her vision to life. Do not think twice, and pull the trigger! You wont regret it.

I am so impressed with Lux Painting Pros. The refinished (painted) cabinets are beautiful. The Pros are meticulous in their prep work. Masked everything well, isolated the kitchen from the rest of the house with floor to ceiling plastic and drop-clothed everything. They communicate regularly and responded quickly to questions. I am a worrier, and they talked me down of the ledge several times during the project (giggle). Their price was very fair. I would use this company again in a flash!

Got 3 painting quotes and by far they had the lowest quote with highest quality workmanship. Personable and communicate all throughout the project. Highly recommend.

Lux Painting is a scam company (USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK) AND THEY DESERVE 0 STARS as they took my money and lied about the quality of paint they would use plus never painted the back of doors or inside of closets. They did not use semi-gloss paint in bathrooms which is code. They only gave 1 coat on some areas and could see the old paint. They did not repair some areas before painting. There were paint runs in several areas. They refused to come back in a timely manner and made ONE excuse after another. They made 4 appointments and never called and never showed up. Visa has listened to both sides of this complaint about LUX Painting company and has ruled in my favor. I had 2 other painting companies come to give me an estimate to repair and finish the painting. Both rejected to do the work as it would take them twice as long to repair the work. They could not believe the shotty workmanship and originally asked if I did the painting as a professional painting company would not turn out such horrible work. Next, I will warn everyone about this company and inform the BBB also

They painted our outdated brown kitchen cabinets an awesome combination of white and blue! Awesome customer service- they went above and beyond to make sure all the details were perfect. Great communication and even provided progress pics. We had them back to do our deck and exterior trim as well.

Zuly and mark did such an amazing job painting my cabinets that you wouldnâ  t think they were painted! Thatâ  s how perfect their work is!! They are a husband and wife team and they take pride in their work and it shows. Their helper Danny was awesome too. Our job was pretty challenging since our family room has 24 foot ceilings. They painted the ceiling and walls and it looks fabulous. Nice and bright & fresh. They were prompt, courtesy and cleaned everything up. A job well done. Painted the carport driveway in preparation for the home to be listed for sale on short notice. It turned out BETTER than what I thought it possibly could. Was able to work us in on a much needed short notice and the price I guarantee could not be beat. If he will work in the Ocala area, I will definitely hire him again.

My experience with Lux Painting was excellent. Very nice people and their work speaks for itself. They painting multiple rooms in my house and also filled in some holes I had in the walls. I d recommend them for anyone looking for professional interior designers. I plan on using them again myself!
