Company was great to work with and finished the job within 2 weeks. It was great to have Owens manage the whole project from start to finish including plumbing, electrical, and construction. The main contractor was friendly and they kept the site very clean each. The wall technology is great and I already had to put it to use by removing the panel by my water meter so the Town could replace it. The entire wall system snapped right back into place and still looks new after the water meter work. Great concept.
Response from Owens Corning Basement Finishing System
"Christopher, Thank you for posting this fine review. It's great to hear the job went quickly and love the fact you were able to utilize the removable panels to your benefit!"

We had a great experience with Lux Renovations! Our installation team were fabulous to work with. They were always on time, listened to our concerns, and worked with us to get the exact design we were looking for. We needed the basement finished as soon as possible, and they worked more efficiently than any team I've ever hired before. We are so pleased with the finished product. It is beautiful and functional! The basement has been finished for a few months now, and we have zero complaints! I was hesitant to go with such a major organization- if you too have those concerns, please let go of these worries! Lux Renovations has a system in place that works, and I highly recommend the product and the people that you are working with!
Response from Owens Corning Basement Finishing System
"Allyson, Thanks so much for your fabulous review! I'll make sure to share your feedback with the install team. We're glad you chose us for the job and know you'll get years of use out of your new space!"

I highly recommend Lux Renovations/Owens Corning Basements for refinishing basements. The initial consultant was highly professional and it never felt like he was a ‘salesman’ with high pressure tactics just trying to get his commission. I have never refinished a basement before and assumed it would be the same as any other room in the house but I felt extremely reassured about the materials and methods used to keep the basement in the best condition as possible. When it came to the instillation, I cannot speak highly enough of the people that made it happen. They were prompt, hardworking, considerate, and there was never a moment we were concerned about having people we didn’t know in our home. The results are wonderful. Our basement was feeling like a dingy place we just put stuff but now it is open, clean, and an enjoyable place to be.

Professional workmanship by the electricians, plumbers and especially Louis and his team. They started when promised and completed the job in record time.
