What a great overall experience from start to finish. Started with the consult with Gary the sales rep he did a great job educating me on the Owens Corning Basement System and it benefits compared to conventional materials. He sold me. Moving on to construction Carlos the project manager was excellent communicating where things stood and coordinating with the crew the town for permits and inspections. The foreman Jesus and electrician Felipe were fantastic came in and knocked out the work in record time, were clean, on time and stayed late and worked on the weekend to finish the project. I would nightly recommend Owens Corning Basement System and their contractor Lux Renovations.

Can’t say enough about how seamless this project went. From the very beginning working with Peter and the financial department to David and his team. Time line was on point and no surprises to include unforeseen costs. I would recommend, if you do start a project, it makes it ten times easier to have someone home during the duration of the construction. We are very happy with the end product and would use the company again!

The architectural designer, Robin, and the contractor, David, were wonderful and helpful throughout the entire process. The project started earlier than expected and was completed in about six weeks. We contracted with Owen's Corning to make a nice space in our basement for our kids to enjoy for years to come. The product is exactly what we wanted and the installer and PM were very helpful and communicated well. It took very little time and was even cheaper then the other estimates we were getting. So better price, better product, and good service. Would definitely recommend.

From the beginning of our plan to remodel our Jamestown, RI basement (the no BS sales meeting with John), through the permitting and management process with Pete, and the work of the amazing carpenter/installer Mario, my wife and I had a first-rate experience with Lux (Owens-Corning) Renovations, and we are 100% thrilled with the process and the outcome.These guys are professional, on-time, tidy, on budget and they deliver exceptional results. These materials and this company are a no-brainer choice for any basement remodeling you might wish to do, when you want it done right. Various design problems (location of mechanicals, overhead pipes, beams, etc) that come into play when remodeling an unfinished basement, that to me seemed insurmountable, were handled by Pete and Mario with one elegant solution after another. Kudos to the team at Lux Renovations!
